“Relatively quick and simple to complete the required information. The documents were emailed within seconds of payment being made. It's not the first time I've used Globelink, but I can't comment on claiming as I haven't had to do that yet. I do feel as though I have peace of mind when I travel though so all's good. I would use them again.”

“Having purchased a policy prior to April 26th. I did not see any reference to the application of a 7.5% discount that was said to be on offer . Please explain ? Bernard Hewitt.”

“The process of buying the policy was straightforward enough. However one of the main reasons I bought it was because of the free cruise insurance it offered. Although when I printed out the policy document there is no mention of any such free cruise insurance? So am I covered for cruising or not?”

Cover for Cruises and this is listed in the Policy wording under General Definitions, this references Sea Vessel, Watercraft & Ferry and Cruise operators Public transport means: any publicly licensed aircraft, sea vessel, train, coach or bus on which you are booked or had planned to travel. Outward journey means: the journey by motor transport, train, aircraft or watercraft undertaken in conjunction with the trip from your home address in your home country. Return journey means: the journey by motor transport, train, aircraft or watercraft undertaken in conjunction with the trip to your home address in your home country.

“Delighted to find a Travel Insurance firm that applies common sense to users problems without unnessary restrictions. My current Insurer simply slammed the door on me as soon as cancer was mentioned, when the condition is almost gone. To be refused close to my holiday was devestating. You will be my Insurer of choice for the future.”

“The policy wording was clear and easy to understand. As an EU resident it was useful to be able to purchase insurance for my trip, as after Brexit many UK-based insurers won't or cant quote for non-UK residents.”

“Brilliant policy. Lovely easy purchase process. Claims procedure is appallingly slow, and I am still waiting for settlement 2 months after claiming, which I gather is nothing unusual but seems slow to me.”
