“Very good reviews on here.but none that have actually made a claim. I have and the customer service is really bad.been waiting since January,when we had to cancel our new year holiday due to covid.made numerous complaints and also phoned many times. When taking the insurance out ,I did find they were very helpful ,but when you claim you deal with a different company. Was hoping to use the money from the claim to go away for Easter. Next time I take out holiday insurance,I will check their claims process first.”

We are so sorry to hear your claim has been delayed, as you are in the process of dealing with Collinson Insurance’s customer service team we must point out that as a regulated insurance intermediary Globelink are not involved in or have any authority for the insurance Company’s (Collinson) claims management. However, as a valued Globelink customer we will do whatever we can to support our clients. Please provide us with the claim number and details via a direct email to our administration office globelink@globelink.eu so that we can urgently escalate this back to them for an update to both you and us, of the status of this claim and what has happened to delay a settlement.

“Always easy to arrange insurance at a decent price, I have used Globelink for several years. So far, I have never had to make an insurance claim so I cannot comment on that process but I have needed to speak to the team and they were helpful and friendly.”

“As usual, very easy to contract online, for a price and an health protection definitively adequate - hopefully, we didn't have to use it, but it is a great "peace of mind" to travel with this kind of health insurance.”

“I lost my mobile phone in Paris while visiting; I made a police report and made other attempts to recover the phone (in a taxi) to no avail. I submitted a claim to Globelink with all of the requested documentation but my claim was initially denied due to lack of a specific document from the mobile carrier. However, after I escalated this matter to a senior manager at Globelink, my claim was approved and I promptly received a fair and reasonable reimbursement as I had to purchase a similar but new mobile telephone. I was very pleased with the resolution.”
