“Everything was fine, but they need to send you the certificate by PDF without you having to request it from Customer Services. I couldn't save the webpage in such a way that enabled the print shop down the street to print it out.”

“You can't really judge an insurance company until you make a claim. I haven't made one in the 10 years of having a policy and yet the premium has more than doubled. The website is quite dated and could be made much simpler and user friendly.”

“It is very difficult to rate glibelunk insurance services when I haven't used the service. Ask me in 12 months time and I will have an answer. The website was easy to use though if thats what you want to know”
