“Not that I have ever had to make a claim, I have gone through this company several times. It has always been quick and painless to request online, no hassling phone calls etc. Being an New Zealander living in the UK also restricts me to go through many companies so it's great that your company accommodate for us from the other side of the world.”

“Once I had got through, people were helpful. However I was forced to pay in full because the finance company handling direct debits would not register me online. I reached an online impasse, could not get through it. Perhaps make sure the company you use is up to speed!”

Dear Mrs Austin, Unfortunately we do not offer finance on our travel insurance products and all policies are only issued after full payment has been made via the secure server Worldpay.

“I have used Globelink for many years. They are easy to deal with, the application form is well laid out and they are out of this world in their helpfulness and efficiency if one has to make a claim. “I found the website itself unresponsive and difficult to navigate to what I wanted to do and had to email someone twice to help me advance to the next step - which of course meant starting at the beginning again each time! However, the lady at the other end as it were, replied to me very promptly and helped me get through the whole process so that I could finally purchase the insurance we needed! So all credit to your Customer Help department - thank you.”
