“Renewal good disappointed that the effective date of new policy did not run from end of existing policy in future will not renew until termination of existing policy if I do renew”

“As a company Globelink are good, but they are let down badly by their support organisations - Mayday Assistance were a nightmare when my late wife was in hospital in Scotland & subsequently died in April this year. They were uncaring & I never did get any payment from my policy, and that sadly reflects on the first point of contact - Globelink. They need to carefully & quickly review their relationship with their third party companies. Until they do, they will suffer through no fault of their own. I certainly would NOT recommend Globelink as currently structured”

“We were insured with Globelink for annual worldwide holiday cover two years ago and only changed because we were going to SA for a longer period than is allowed. Having problems with our current insurer, I phoned Globelink and spoke to Jordan who was extremely helpful. She spoke to an underwriter to see if our trip cover could be extended by a few days and phoned me back as she had promised. So far, we are happy with the service we have received and commend Jordan for her helpful and courteous manner.”

“The procedure of arranging Single Trip Insurance was handled in a very professional manner. Arrangements were quickly dealt with and I received confirmation of my request immediately online, with which was delivered the Policy. Explanation over the telephone was very clear and concise. Excellent service.”

“I am a Briton based overseas and Globelink have given me value for money travel insurance, arranged through an easy to follow website. They include many pre-existing medical conditions without charge and, even though I had an unlisted one, it was dealt with quickly and easily for no additional premium.”

“We are going to visit family in Australia in December and have been seeking affordable travel insurance. My wife and I are 70 and have had existing but stable health issues. My wife rheumatoid arthritis and myself cancer and blood pressure. Despite many Google searches we were unable to find cover less than £1500 Despite Australia having a reciprocal health agreement with UK this was More costly than the air fare. After seeing a recommendation from a contributor on an online discussion group to try Globelink we were delighted to arrange a policy that excludes our preexisting medical issues but covers us for all normal travel and health risks for a quarter of the cheapest quote we had previously. Easy to arrange on line with a well presented web site. Highly recommended. Give them a try.”

“Clear web site. Easy to follow purchase procedure. Could wish for less complicated 10 pages of "Fine Print" which, once carefully read, indicate that the chance of a successful, justified, claim is close to zero. All kinds of let-outs, excesses, disclaimers, rejections, etc. Frankly having waded through all the fine print I concluded thath this insurance is not worth the money, but it is a requiremant of the travel companies, so one grins & bears it as just another "add-on" the real cost of a holiday.”
