“I needed travel insurance for Australia and, as I have an annual insurance for European travel I used Globelink. The site is easy to follow, all my questions were answered in the text, and it didn't take too long to get the certificate. I am very pleased with Globelink but, I have never made a claim. Hopefully I will never have to review that side of the company. On my experiences so far, I have no reason to think that might be difficult. Ric”

“I have been with Globelink for 5 years now for my Travel Insurance. I live in Spain so this services covers me as an ex-pat. The staff are always helpful - I had worldwide cover for the first 4 years as my Mother lived in America but now I am just covered for Europe as my Mother is living back in the UK - there was no problem and the staff were helpful in advising me. I just renewed (by coincidence this week) and also had to advise of age related health conditions which were accepted. Any claims are dealt with quickly and without fuss. Would always recommend Globelink. I did check with other companies for comparison but the customer service and the waiver for excess keeps me here with Globelink every time.”

“The website is user friendly. However as an Aussie having purchased a single trip of seven month worldwide insurance inclusive of repatriation to Australia if the need arises. It seems that this can only occur from an EU country. What happens if we are in CANADA???? Surely repatriAtion to the home country should be from anywhere in the world! Or I not reading it correctly! We have used Globlink a few times and have been pleased with the service.”

“This is the first time I have used Globelink for travel insurance. I found the whole experience excellent they are very comprehensive in their cover their detailed questions left nothing to chance. My contact Tracy was patience,considerate and very professional in giving me exactly what I required for my travel arrangements. Their follow- up paperwork was first class and I will most certainly use them again.”

“My queries were dealt with efficiently and promptly. When I called to correct one small error on the written document, that was also put right immediately. “Good way to buy travel insurance although I hope I never have to use it . It makes me feel that I do not have to worry about any medical things that should occur. I hope to take out annual health insurance etc with globe link when we go to the USA later next year.”

“Hard to say it's a fantastic cover without actually needing to use it, but to find a cover which allows me to travel although in remission with cancer is terrific. I know I can not claim for the cancer side but, still have the broken bone and lost item cover. Happy so far.”
