“We where mostly satisfied with the information we were given over the phone, but I thought we could have been given more information on which insurance would suit us the best. As with a lot of companies you only seem to get back what you put in, by that I mean I ask a question and get a answer to that question, when people ring in it's to obtain more information, this is so we can make the right choices It's not until later when you have filled in all the forms that you think of something else you should have asked? but now it is to late or you just can't be bothered to phone again. We would have still had used the company but possible have felt that we had got the best deal for us. Regards Phil Steeper”

Dear Mr.Steeper, We do hope to provide clear information on your policy options both via the telephone or website, we always ask all our customers on delivering the email certificate of insurance to read the certificate of insurance and full policy wording carefully and ensure you understand the cover you have purchased. If you are not entirely satisfied with the policy and it does not meet with your demands under FCA regulations we can cancel the policy during its 14 days cooling off period and give you a full refund of premium.

“Brilliant. Globelink asked for a review and I am happy to say that I write it with some pleaure. I wanted long term insurance for a six month trip and I am over 65. This makes the market of companies either very small or very expensive or both. This is very much a question of existing conditions which are charged for but make very little real difference to the risk, like drug controlled high blood pressure. Globelink bypasses much of the health screening which is brilliant. It also likes Older People and is happy to do Long stay trips. Many insurers are prejudiced against older people and or longer trips and just won't insure them at any price. The service was easy to use and I recommend Globelink.”

“As I haven't made a claim (and hope that I won't need to do so!) my review and star rating only covers the setting up process and the cost / cover. The telephonic quotation and setting up process was refreshingly swift and simple. The phone was answered immediately by a human being, not an answer machine. Tracy was pleasant, swift and efficient in describing my various options and taking my information so that I was able to make a decision on the spot. Marvellous! The cover is favourably comparable with other companies and the cost very competitive.”

“I found the site easy enough to use, as I was renewing a policy i was just asked to confirm some details and then went ahead with my purchase. I also liked the fact i was able to pay with Pay Pal which i find secure and easy”

Dear Mrs. Toms, additional features such as the excess waiver option are offered, if required as part of the purchase, but we do hope that with a simple “No Thanks” option this keeps the Added Cover Options to a minimum.

“Could not renew my policy online much to my disappointment. There was an error occurring where I would select the 18-50 age bracket at step 1, then at step 4 I would enter my DOB being 1986, the error being these don't match - what garbage. Hence I sent in a help request from your website - no contact for 3 days until I finally managed to ring through myself. The first number provided on the website is garbage and the answering machine dialogue sounds like they lady is not that interested in your service. FYI the hours provided aren't extensive. I rang the second phone number which was recommended in the voice mail. This worked. I managed to renew my policy, however the lady on the phone couldn't get rid of me fast enough, and in the process the policy I wanted was not actually the one I received.”

Dear Mr. Walsgott, We sorry to hear you were not happy with the insurance renewal process, the office is not currently open at weekends however, the website is available 24 hours and is usually able to provide a travel insurance policy immediately and claims contact details if needed. I can see from our records only one email from yourself received on a Monday at 19.46 asking for a call on your mobile number, this was made to you on Tuesday morning, your policy was purchased from your subsequent return call to the office and was issued based upon the same details and trip duration as your current Annual Multi trip policy as summarised on your earlier renewal letter. Upon receipt of the Travel Insurance documentation we do ask every client to check the details are correct and make sure you are happy with your purchase, when you notified us via email you wanted a change in your new travel insurance policy, this implemented immediately and was cancelled and re-issued with your new travel plans with 2 hours of receipt of the initial email request.
