“This is the third year I have booked travel Insurance with Globe link. Found it very easy and straightforward. All the questions are set out in a straightforward and understandable manner. The first time I booked I needed to speak with one of its representatives who was exceptionally helpful and very understanding.”

“You never know how good an insurance company is until you make a claim and we haven't made one yet. We have however, used the company for a number of years and the cover and price is extremely competitive.”

“Web site really clear and easy to use. Due to changes in circumstances, I needed to make some changes to my policy about a week after I purchased it online. The Globelink staff were really informative and helpful. The changes that I needed to my policy were made without fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Globelink.”

“It was unfortunate that when we made our first enquiry about travel insurance for our trip this year to Australia that we were turned down. On pursuing the matter further you eventually agreed to cover us. All staff polite and helpful Tom Young”

Dear Mr. Young, We do our best to offer additional cover for clients with pre-existing medical conditions when required and are pleased this was resolved to be able to offer a policy with this cover included as requested. We do hope you have a safe and happy trip!

“I put a claim in when i fell ill on holiday when i came back i put all the necessary paper work in and was paid out very quicky with out any hassle”

“Having had immense difficulty finding a company to insure my husband and myself for a 4 month stay out of Uk, I can only applaud Globelink, I used them last year and have just renewed for this year; we are now 65 & 66. I am unable,to,comment on any claims procedure except to say I potentially had a claim last year and the direction to the appropriate forms was straightforward; as it happens the expense was below the excess so I did not proceed.”

“Very good service, fast and easy to deal with. The first time I used Globe link I had already left Ireland and I called them and they insured me over the phone in a matter of minutes, emailed me my cert and policy and contact numbers and that was it. I had what I needed, insurance and peace of mind, now I call them every time I travel. Liam O'Connor.”

“We where mostly satisfied with the information we were given over the phone, but I thought we could have been given more information on which insurance would suit us the best. As with a lot of companies you only seem to get back what you put in, by that I mean I ask a question and get a answer to that question, when people ring in it's to obtain more information, this is so we can make the right choices It's not until later when you have filled in all the forms that you think of something else you should have asked? but now it is to late or you just can't be bothered to phone again. We would have still had used the company but possible have felt that we had got the best deal for us. Regards Phil Steeper”

Dear Mr.Steeper, We do hope to provide clear information on your policy options both via the telephone or website, we always ask all our customers on delivering the email certificate of insurance to read the certificate of insurance and full policy wording carefully and ensure you understand the cover you have purchased. If you are not entirely satisfied with the policy and it does not meet with your demands under FCA regulations we can cancel the policy during its 14 days cooling off period and give you a full refund of premium.
