“One problem when answering the health questionnaire was that we were applying as a couple and have different health histories but there seemed to be only one answer per couple on the on line form...so if either of us had any issue I answered as if it was both of us...this was a bit confusing.”

“The lady who dealt with my enquiry about travel insurance to Singapore,Australia,Bali and New Zealand,was very helpful and the whole process was entirely simple with her help,and much cheaper than other quotes I had been given.I would definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for travel insurance.”

“I am an English expat living in Spain and have been using Globelink now for several years for their multi-trip cover. Thankfully I have only ever needed to use the policy once, but that experience was good, we received a professional service, helpful advice and prompt compensation. “I was quite happy with the process except the first time I Completed all the sections I suddenly lost everything and had to start again because it didn't retain any of the information as other sites sometimes do. I accept the price because of our age, but we are quite fit and healthy and we are covered medically by the Spanish Health System but this doesn't seem to be taken into account. We are only travelling within Spain and our Sip card covers us in Tenerife anyway.”

“The website was easy to navigate and the restrictions re prior medical conditions were easy to understand. The only problem that I had was that my wife's passport is in another name and there was nowhere to clarify this on the form. However, a exchange of emails quickly sorted this out.”
