“I would rate it as 10. I would recommend this company 100%. The service was excellent. I have been dealing with a lady called Sharannah- Lerae Sawyers who was very professional, she dealt with all the questions I asked, if she didn't know something she found it out straight away and phoned me back. The whole process was very easy and not stressful in any way. I have already recommended this company to someone at work and they are thinking of getting a van through you. Thank you to you and all your team.”

“The whole process of ordering the van and delivery was excellent, Marc Pearne did a great job in sourcing the right van for me which was better than the specification I was originally looking for, well done. He was patience and attentive to my requirements. The paperwork process was easy and straight forward, no hidden surprises which is great when you are making such a large financial commitment. Rod was great with the delivery, good communication and bang on time, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and had a pleasant demeanour with his hand over. I would defiantly recommend your company and will be back in future when the vehicle is due a replacement.”

“Thanks for the info re-new van warranty,I'm very pleased with it and it was worth the wait,which was a painfully five months. I know that was down to VW and not you guys,on a scale of 1/10 for recommending you I'll give you a ten,every time I called you up some one was helpful,getting hold of Mark Shore was difficult as he is always busy but everyone else was helpful in his absence . You guys work out the cheapest because you do it over five years unlike the main dealers who can only do it over four years, so all my jealous mates are asking how it can be done and I'm saying Global vans.”

“10. Both Jordan and Tanasia score a 10 in my opinion. Not only were they a pleasure to deal with. But we're so informative and in making such a smooth transition in the whole deal process. Which really acceded my expectations. A big credit to you and your team at Globalvans. I would definitely recommend Globalvans to anyone requiring such a service. Really enjoying my van.”

“On a scale of 1-10 i would rate Global Vans a 9. Why, because from the first contact with Global Vans, i was given all the information i needed to make a decision on which Tariff i needed. So, many thanks to Gemma Chandley for giving me all the right information and searching for the van i required. A very prompt reply on the search that lead to the van i have today.I was also kept informed on the progress and they answered all my questions with no problems. I have already Reccomended Global Vans to 2 people and i will continue to do so.”

“We have yet to be contact about the small scratch and whether a company will be polishing this out for us? Otherwise our service was very efficient. The paperwork was a bit of a pain but mainly due to us and our business bank account.”

“As this was my first experience of buying a van on the internet I was a little bit wary, so it would have been nice to have one or two updates along the way, just for a bit of reassurance that everything was going ok. However I have to say things could not have run smoother so thanks to everyone involved, I will differently recommend you guys to my friends.”

“Better service than main dealer. I visited 1 main dealer rang 3 and emailed 1 and did not get a single response. I was a bit reluctant at first but having read a few reviews on the net took a punt and purchased the van from you guys. All I can say is it works. You do what you say you will do when you say you will do it and it saves a considerable amount of money. My experience of main dealers is their not interested at all, I could not even get a call back or a price.”

“Both Jack and Bayleigh were very helpful and kept me up-to-date at every step of the process, When other lease companies couldn’t get my a line of credit as we are a fairly new business Jack looked past the normal lenders and found a lender who he thought we had the best chance of getting credit through. It’s this level of service and expertise which would encourage me to refer Global Vans to other businesses owners. Despite me being very inpatient towards the end and pushing for a delivery date Bayleigh remained very professional and helpful when in past experiences people tend not to bother as they already have my custom.”

“We recently decided to acquire a new van for Council use. Procurement for Councils is not straightforward: we do not fit into standard corporate categories, and we are required to get three quotes on all major purchases to get ‘best value’. I contacted your company as one of the three and spoke to Melanie Nice at your Bristol office. I would just like to say that she provided an exceptional level of customer service. She took time to actually listen to our requirements, gave straightforward advice and provided a spread of possible options with clear details of the associated financial commitments. She negotiated the difficulties in reconciling the finance company requirements with our unusual corporate structure and was unfailingly prompt, clear and cheerful throughout the process. I have no hesitation in saying that it was her personal approach that secured the sale, and it is only fair that her managers should be aware of it. Many thanks & best regards”

“It was Steve Harris who was the one that made my decision easy to use Global he was excellent from the first call to the last and had all the answers that I needed regarding van finance . I had a lot of businesses phoning me but none of them had the enthusiasm and drive to get the sale done in my time frame .”
