Global vans have to be the the worst and most useless company i have ever dealt with. firstly they took our deposit on the promise of us receiving a vw crafter within 10-14 days. 16 days passed and after countless attempts to get in contact with someone who could help us, they told us we dont have the van we promised you and we were never able to get it. then another 6 days passed and countless phone calls and promises of a call back, finally we got in touch with a manager who said we can offer you another crafter but it will be an extra £200 a month on top of the initial price they quoted us. after telling them this was preposterous and out of order and i would like my money back. they promised it would be back in my account in 48 hours, 7 days has passed and after ringing up again to ask where my money is, they went on to make up more excuses to why its not been sent back to me. they have now said it will be back with me within 72 hours. A JOKE OF A COMPANY!! I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND OR USE THESE IN THE FUTURE!!!

Hi Bradley, thank you for your feedback. I've looked into your file and unfortunately there was some confusion our end on which finance company could fund this specific vehicle. Apologies that this wasn't spotted sooner. I can see your deposit has now been refunded. I hope we can supply you again in the future.

Oh they’re fantastic at chasing you for an order but as soon as they have your business they don’t care how long it takes to receive your van! They hardly ever answer the phone or return emails. The vans are NOT IN STOCK at all. They are a broker, let’s be clear. The middle man. They have no control over stock. Very poor service once you’ve done the deal. Still not even had a date for our van and we signed over a month ago for a ‘stock van’

The finance providers may carry out a credit check on you which could affect your credit score. No where does it says the credit check is a hard search. Thank you, Mark Moore.

The van was great and purchasing it was easy but when it came to the end of my contract nobody wanted to know. Couldn't get any help or call backs to sort out getting the van sold when the contract finished. I wish I never dealt with this company.

Horrible experiance with globalvans Needed a van fast and they promised me it can be done First they told me 7-10 working day and i paid a hidden cost of 630£ only told about this at the last second. 3 Days after paying they told me van will be delivered in 3 weeks they lied just to get the sale. I canceled that same day and they charged me 630£ and they delivered the van all the way to my house even thou i canceled 3 weeks ago Then they charged me again im £1260 down.Have to sit around a call and fight with people to get my money back all i got from globel vans is drama and issues If they treat me this way, think what you gonna go throw if something goes wrong with your order Tried to get ahold of them they ignore you and say they will call you back never do Stay far far way very unprofessional

Hi Chris, thank you for your feedback. I can see you placed your order on the 24/9 with a 2-3 delivery timeframe. On the 11/10 you decided to cancel the order. We then processed the cancellation with the supplying dealer and finance company.

I'm afraid I'm not very impressed with the customer service I received from Arun at Global vans. I have been speaking to him to get a quote for a new van. When I asked various questions between the different types of finance options, he came across as patronising and unhelpful with his answers. He sent me the wrong figures on one quote and was reluctant to send me amended quotes as he was just about to go to lunch ? When I said I wanted an hour to digest the quotes and come back to him, he became argumentative and told me '' maybe the vans not right for me '' ? Sorry Global, I will be ordering from another firm.

Bought a brand new Transit van from Global Vans. It arrived filthy / covered in dust, had damage to the rear doors that had obviously been professionally repaired that was not noticeable until it was cleaned. The van is a metallic magnetic colour so now everytimne its clean and the light shines on it you can spot the repaired dent / damage a mile off. Global vans offered absolutely zero help after the van had been signed for regarding this. All in all an absolutely terrible experience. Will never use this company again. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere, they are simply interested in the sale and nothing else. Completely ruined the experience of purchasing my first new vehicle. The van also arrived the wrong size although I should have noticed that on the paperwork sooner, even though it was specified countless times that I required a LWB not a MWB. Never again.

PLEASE avoid this company!! Absolutely disgraceful! Supposed to have the van beginning of may. Given a delivery date and then nothing… emailed, called to try and get some communication and a response. To then get constant lies of the next delivery date. Well we are now on the ‘definite’ delivery day and nothing!! My partner is self employed and has been relying on this van to arrive, this has now caused loss of earnings, affected his mental health and loss of clients. This will be taken further. Disgusting. Avoid like the plague! Worst customer service we’ve ever known and extremely untrustworthy.

False promises. Often that they don’t answer the phone, People don’t want to call you back. Was told 4 weeks from delivery, now in the 6th week with a chance to go into 7th week. Van is registered to the wrong reg plate. It’s linked to a 1.2 2008 petrol Peugeot. Hassle you when you’re looking for the van, calling from mobile numbers, office numbers, leaving messages etc and then once you’ve placed the order, they seem quick to fob you off and forget about you. Absolute headache and wish I went with vanarama

Van broke down on day one and they are not interested in helping. Just say go to dealer. Won’t accept 14 day return
