False promises. Often that they don’t answer the phone, People don’t want to call you back. Was told 4 weeks from delivery, now in the 6th week with a chance to go into 7th week. Van is registered to the wrong reg plate. It’s linked to a 1.2 2008 petrol Peugeot. Hassle you when you’re looking for the van, calling from mobile numbers, office numbers, leaving messages etc and then once you’ve placed the order, they seem quick to fob you off and forget about you. Absolute headache and wish I went with vanarama

Van broke down on day one and they are not interested in helping. Just say go to dealer. Won’t accept 14 day return

I was promised a van in stock with 2 weeks delivery. After paying and placing the order, the 2 weeks promised for the van delivery proved to be just dust in the wind. During that time nobody from Global Vans reached out to tell me that there are delays. Nobody. As the order is well overdue for delivery upon chasing them they were unable to confirm a delivery date. Their communication was blunt, defensive and lack of any sort of customer empathy. Obviously not knowing when I can get my van I have called them to ask for a refund. And they have refused to provide me with that although they have not delivered the order. I was told that as per the contract I have signed they don’t provide a refund. And I was made to feel bullied by the senior salesman I spoke to. I recommended that you try somewhere else as their service is simply appalling and they seem to be horrible to deal with. There’s no focus whatsoever on the customer and should I have known about the possibility of this extremely unpleasant situation, I would have avoided them 1000%. Very eager and greedy to take your money, inexistent customer support after.

Well I’ll start off by saying global are a joke! Since i paid the deposit nearly 3 weeks ago I haven’t had a single phone call or email from global vans! I’ve dealt with the third party involved which angers me. Because I have questions. Honestly don’t know why they even have good reviews! I would NOT RECOMMEND Using global vans what so ever.

Cassius and alice were helpful at the start, couldn’t fault them. But after I gave deposit it seemed they vanished of the face of the earth. No communication and on one delivery date I had no update or response the entire day? Would strongly recommend not using global vans to anyone. Save yourself the stress I had to endure.

Avoid at all cost, Once you have signed for the car and you have any issues they will not help you at all, to the point they don’t answer your calls or reply to your emails. I haven’t worked for over 7 weeks due to them delivering me the wrong spec van as was agreed on in the description sold to me.

We recently ordered a van which came completely out of spec - in fact it didn’t meet any of the requirements of the SIGNED Order Form. We opted for a larger van due to the size however the van we received was no different internally to the smaller van.. just £350 a month more plus VAT!!! The van misses all required features and is also heavily damaged with side panels missing. When I queried this with them, after them refusing to answer calls and attend meetings - email communication broke down to the fact they had no responsibility, wouldn’t do anything about it, wouldn’t escalate it and that I would have to go through a third party who would likely never reply I would never use them again as found them to be incredibly deceitful. They lied through the entire process to get the most money out of me but couldn’t even deliver the correct vehicle and also won’t take it back. Stuck paying for a van which is frankly useless and unsuitable for the business due to size and lack of ALL features required and paid for. Not to mention, it came 8 weeks later than expected…

£615 cancellation fee although i was missold by brahim... brahim neglected to inform me that the price was before vat.. i had made it very clear to brahim what my budget was, the price he gave was within my budget however he did not tell me that vat would be on top.. i got a nasty surprise when the loan agreement came through with a higher monthly amount than what i had been quoted..i did not sign it, i queried why the monthly cost was £100 more than i had been quoted.. sid said he would listen to the call and if i had not been informed at point of sale about vat they would honour a full refund.. sid did not keep his word and still held me to a cancellation fee because i had signed the quote agreement... complaint was escalated to lisa who did not honour the refund either.. i have escalated the complaint to bvrla... very disappointed and feel like they have taken advantage of my trust! i cancelled within 7 days and should have received a full refund however the said that in the terms and conditions it states that no refund would be given

I've spoken to our Resolutions Manager and as discussed the telephone call clearly states all rentals are plus VAT and you signed the order form stating the prices were plus VAT. This is exactly the same as the current van you've leased through us for the past 3 years. I'm sorry you don't want to proceed with your new order, if we can help resolve any issues please let me know.

Our experience with Global Vans' after-sales service left a lot to be desired. Once the initial purchase was completed, the support we expected and deserved seemed to evaporate. The most alarming aspect of our dealings with them centred around a few warranty issues we encountered, a scenario that can be quite common when managing a large fleet. Despite the typicality of such issues, our attempts to resolve them through Global Vans were met with unresponsiveness and an apparent lack of interest in our situation. This was quite a surprise and disappointment, especially given the fact that we rely heavily on our fleet for daily operations. Moreover, this experience was a stark contrast to our interactions with other fleet suppliers, and it stands out as one of the worst. The situation became so untenable that the leasing finance company had to intervene to address the warranty issues. It's unfortunate when such drastic measures become necessary, especially when basic customer service should be a cornerstone of any business. Global Vans may offer competitive prices (check the fine print) and a wide selection of brokered vans, be mindful of the seemingly non-existent after-sales support. A great purchasing experience is only part of the equation; reliable and responsive service throughout the life of the lease is just as, if not more, important. In this respect, Global Vans has considerable room for improvement.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I understand you took delivery of your Citroen three years ago in June 2020. The van had a three year warranty from the manufacturer, they have a process in place to try to resolve any warranty issues. We will of course try to help and advise where we can. For complete piece of mind we would always recommend taking a maintenance contract which would of provided the extra level of service you desired.

i was quoted immediate delivery as i had explained to salesman . This turned out to be untrue . Has left my workmen and business at a huge financial loss as had to hire a suitable vehicle .After informing admin department i wished to cancel the vehicle i have had my deposit refund request denied . I would warn any potential customer not to order any vehicles from global vans .

Hi John, thank you for your feedback. We wouldn't quote 'immediate' delivery, it's always going to take a couple of weeks for finance documents to be signed and delivery to be booked in with the compound. I understand you signed all the paperwork, the delivery request was sent to the supplying manufacturer and then you cancelled and brought a van elsewhere. I'm sorry we couldn't supply you on this occasion.

DO NOT USE THIS SET OF CLOWNS Full of promises they cannot deliver, The only thing they do deliver is faulty vans. I rejected the van within 30 mins of delivery and they just pass the buck expecting you to sort the problems out yourself. I have had to add 140 to start of phone number to get through cos they block your number and never answer messages. I have leased vans for 16,17 years and have never come across anything as bad as this lot. KEEP WELL AWAY

I understand you found a fault with your new van and were advised to take it to your local dealer for investigation, on inspection they didn't find the issue described on their test drive. We will of course continue to help resolve any issues. As an existing customer your phone calls will automatically get directed to our customer care team rather than the sales team who you first spoke with.

terrible service we was promised the van within 2/3 weeks the van didn't arrive until over 6 weeks later. once the holding deposit was paid really hard to speak to anyone regarding the van. the van arrive wasn't as expected and after over 10 days someone called me back, they were very rude and told me its my own fault and i will have to just deal with the wrong van.

You told us you had a van ready when selling it to us. It's 2 months later. You knew when you were selling me this that I needed a van quickly. As you can see by the text, you lied to get a sale. We have had no end of trauma because of this, mentally this has been challenging as our business is at risk. You lied and didn't give full details of delays which you knew about beforehand.

No need to explain again and again Kris is a liar fullstop,just waiting for your final response so I can go straight to the Ombudsman with my complaint and with holding my deposit,just a tip if you want to succeed then tell your sales people not to tell lies and make accusations,trust pilot next for me.

It doesn't say anywhere at all in your site that is a van hire for 3 to 5 years it's misleading I need a van to store some stuff for 9 Days only but was refused

Shocking service received by DAN BOND at global vans. Really responsive when purchasing, that soon changed. Ordered a van 3rd Jan with a 14 day delivery time. Hadn’t heard so called after 14 days to be told by DAN van has arrived & will be sent to be ply lined & someone from the delivery team will be in contact. A week goes by no contact from anyone, we call again as no reply by DAN via email, speak to a ‘very helpful’ salesman (didn’t get his name), asked about the van to be told we had been given the wrong information & mixed up with another customer. So we asked when ours would be arriving to be told ‘your guess is as good at ours mate. Could be today, next week or 4 weeks’. Very helpful info! So following day I call the delivery team speak to Chelsea, she was able to tell me it has been delayed 10 days. So 10 days goes by we call again, Chelsea tells me it’s been delayed another week & that she is unable to contact the suppliers to chase it up. So we wait another week, I call again. Speak to Chelsea to be told she has contacted the supplier, (last week she told me she wasn’t able to), & it has been delayed a further 2 weeks. We later then decide to cancel as now we are definitely being strung along. So I spend all day trying to ring, requesting call backs & emailing. No response at all. So I call off of a different number, my call was answered straight away & by DAN BOND himself who we have been trying to contact for weeks! SO THEY ARE ALSO BLOCKING PHONE NUMBERS! So anyone not getting a response, my advice use another number! So he tells me he will cancel the order, i questioned as to why he had ignored calls & emails for weeks, obviously this is because he had lied to us! A manager calls the next day to confirm the cancellation & it will be passed on to someone higher to decide wether we will get a full refund or a percentage! Global vans you have NO argument & no decision to make! We’ve purchased an ‘in stock’ van that you have failed to deliver! 11 days later we are still waiting a call, email or letter regarding our refund! REFUND OUR MONEY Shocking company & service. We’ve had not one update regarding our van, we have had to chase it everytime! managed to phone enough times before we placed the order! Perhaps try answering to customers as quick as you do replying to negative feedback! AVOID AT ALL COSTS do not waste your time or money on this conning company. Completely ruined our experience of buying a new van!

With regards to our phone system, once your order is confirmed by the supplying dealer your incoming calls will get routed to the relevant department handling the processing of your order, it won't go back to the sales person unless you request his extension. Will never use again!! On buying my third vehicle through Global Vans, they were unwilling to assist with a fault with the vehicle only 4 days after it was delivered. When the windscreen heater was first used, the windscreen had a crack appear across it but they claimed there was no damage noted when it was delivered, so they wouldn't assist. They also claimed that the dealership that the vehicle came from were unwilling to assist. I asked for the details of the dealership and was told that they would not give me the details of the dealership that sold me the vehicle but no reason why not. As well as this, when the vehicle was first delivered, I had to ask the driver to take the vehicle to the local car wash as it was filthy. I'll never be going back to Global Vans for another vehicle.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I understand you had your new vehicle delivered on the 9th February and signed the delivery note to say all was fine with the vehicle. You then contacted us on the 14th February to say you have a crack across the windscreen. We will always to try to resolve any vehicle issues, I can see you've raised your concerns to our complaints dept. who will contact you shortly. Still waiting for a phone call after been promised on here 2 times so I contacted them and they are still giving me the run around I have all the emails saved they stated they was waiting for my business bank statements for a van I’m having in my personal name after I’ve gave them my personal ones not to forget I’ve Already been excepted for this van but waiting 1 year as I was fobbed off now sayin the vans gone and I can’t have my deposit back shambles of a company.

Hi Liam, thank you for your feedback. I can see you ordered a bespoke Ford Transit Custom in October 2021, with the long factory lead-time, the credit approval expired by the time the van arrived. The finance company wanted to see your business bank statements to reapprove the finance, we are still waiting for these to be sent, unfortunately we can't proceed any further until these are supplied. I've asked the assigned sales manager to give you a call to try and resolve any issues.
