“Absolutely brilliant service from Rhiannon from the word go. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, kept me updated and made everything really straightforward. The prices are unbelievable as well — genuinely couldn’t believe the deal I managed to get compared with elsewhere. Would 100% recommend Rhiannon and the team to anyone looking for a new van or pickup. Great service, great communication and an amazing deal. Couldn’t be happier!”

“Outstanding Service from Matt Lewis at Global Vans We first used Global Vans back in 2021 when we launched our boutique construction business and took out our very first vehicle lease. Fast forward a few years, and as that lease was approaching its end, I must admit I was a little nervous about making the call. We'd gone over the agreed mileage and picked up a few minor battle scars along the way, so I wasn't exactly looking forward to the conversation! Thankfully, I spoke to Matt Lewis, who immediately put me completely at ease and made me glad I'd called. Matt took the time to explain all the options available for managing the end of our lease, including the possibility of upgrading to a new vehicle. As our business has grown, we needed a larger van, so that quickly became the preferred route. Throughout the process, Matt was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and understanding. He carefully searched for vehicles that met our requirements and, when those requirements changed (as they inevitably do!), he adapted without hesitation and explored even more options to make sure we found the perfect fit. Thanks to Matt's persistence and expertise, we've ended up ordering a VW Crafter that's absolutely spot-on for our needs. What really stood out was his communication. He kept me updated throughout, checked in when he hadn't heard from me, and made sure everything was lined up before our original lease expired. He managed that perfect balance of being proactive without ever being pushy, which is a rare skill and one I greatly appreciated. Every question we had was answered promptly with a friendly, engaging and professional approach. In fact, dealing with Matt felt less like talking to a salesperson and more like chatting with a trusted friend who genuinely wanted the best outcome for us. We also explored finance options directly through VW, fully expecting them to have the strongest offer. To our surprise, Global Vans beat them by a country mile! Needless to say, we were very happy about that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Global Vans to anyone looking for a vehicle lease. And if you're lucky enough to work with Matt Lewis, you can relax knowing you're in exceptionally capable hands. He turned what I thought would be a stressful end-of-lease conversation into an exciting upgrade for our growing business. Now we're just counting down the days until our new Crafter arrives! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
