“First time dealing with global vans as had previously been using Vanaways and the customer service was excellent and very personable, I was kept informed with any delays and the lady I dealt with who was called Ellen was brilliant and has made me forget Vanaways, and I'll be dealing with Global vans going forward as my fleet is expanding. “Jake Meek was brilliant to deal with from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, always quick to come back to me with answers and updates, and clearly knew the van world inside out. He made the whole process really straightforward, explained everything clearly and was genuinely helpful throughout without ever being pushy. A really professional, knowledgeable and easy person to deal with. I’d happily recommend Jake to anyone looking for a van.”
