I first enquired by phone after finding you online. I spoke to Melanie Nice for about 40 minutes, during which time she explained clearly the difference between contract hire, PCP and finance lease. Over the next couple of days we had more discussions about the various offers and vehicle options. Her response to calls and requests for information was always prompt and efficient, and it was a pleasure dealing with her. The whole process from start to finish, including delivery has been a breeze.

After reading some of the reviews on here I was a tad worried. I dealt with 2 people, Jordan and Lucy. I have to say that from the start the service was 100% spot on. I got a better deal than going direct to Ford and I was assured to take delivery before the end of the month. I mentioned my concerns to Jordan about previous reveiws and he said that as long as I did not drag my heels with the paperwork I would get my Ford Ranger by the end of the month. Now I am 2 1/2 weeks in and guess what..... The delivery guy has just called to say he is on his way and I would have the truck by 11:30. From start to finish has taken 2 1/2 week and the service has been fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone to use these guys. Thanks again Jordan and Lucy......... Nathan

Yes,i am very pleased with the new Ford custom van and everything is fine.Your service has been good and i would definetely use you again for future purchases.I have saved a few thousand pounds against what i would have paid with my local Ford dealer and so it`s really been worthwhile. Any worries or doubts about buying in this way were soon quashed when the van arrived at 9.30am on the day due.The guy Andre who drove it down from Doncaster early that morning had stopped off nearby to give it a wash and brush up-so it arrived nice n clean n gleaming! Full marks to everyone at Global vans and a particularly Thanks to Jack Elliot.,who took me through the whole process in a very easy like manner-very professional and a top man at his job! I thought the service i received was top not score 10! however i did found the paperwork a bit of pain backwards and forwards. I think you could improve your service by: If you sent the customer a detailed email firstly explaining everything there going to need I would highly recommend global vans to any one

I am very happy with my new Citroen Nemo van and should I hear of a friend or acquaintance requiring a new van I would have no hesitation in recommending Global Vans to them. 10 out of 10. The reason for this high score? my experience with Global, from first enquiry to receipt of the van was an easy hassle free process. I have been dealt with politeness and professionalism through the whole time.

I would have no worries about recommending your services so a big fat 10 Having never done anything like this before the whole process was explained quite clearly and patiently so that even someone like me could understand it. Everyone seemed so friendly and from my original enquiry to the delivery of the van the whole thing went superbly.

I'm really enjoying my new Hilux. I might even let the kids ride in the cab this week instead of on the bed. Recommend score is 10 The whole process was very easy due to your simple process. I knew the van I wanted, Tony gave me the price I was looking for and no pushy, sleazy salesmen. Thankyou all very much indeed

Had my Relay for 9 months now to be told it is not in my name, is in theirs. After they told me I would be registered owner from start, they would only be holding log book. They then change change to my name not telling me when meaning I have now been driving my van for 9 days with no tax. Cut story short, if I would of had accident my insurance company may not of paid out as I was not owner, left out of pocket on tax as I paid a full year with them, and could of been fined from police for driving with no tax. I am also second owner of vehicle when 9 months old. Wish I had of bought from citreon, I am also getting poor service from my citreon dealer as I bought on line not from them.

Dear Mr Kiddell. thank you for your feedback. I've looked into your case and can see you took a Citroen Relay out on finance in May 2015. As per the signed order form the van was registered to the finance provider first and then put into your name, this is standard practice with most manufacturers when you take a vehicle on finance. You did pay for 12 months road tax so will of course be refunded for the remaining 3 months. The DVLA changed the procedure last year where the road tax can not be transferred when a change of keeper occurs, we do explain this in our order back, I'm sorry if this wasn't relayed to you clearly enough. Your warranty from Citroen has exactly the same cover that you would of received if you had leased the vehicle direct from a Citroen dealer, if you are having problems with your local dealer please let me know and we will speak to the Citroen Fleet dept. who can monitor your case.
