My engineer is very happy with the van. For your service it was generally good except I wanted a Vaxhall Vivaro van which at the end of April your company said due to the ability to get that van I would have to wait till early June so I changed to a Ford transit custom that you had already but I still didn't get delivery till early June even though you already had all my paperwork from the first van I bought from yourselves.

In the main I’m happy with the purchase, however we were very desperate to take delivery and on my initial enquiry I was told vehicles were in stock and you would be able to deliver within 2 weeks. The actual delivery was 4 weeks later, it appeared to me that after paying the holding deposit there was a couple of weeks of no communication and I had to chase the progress on several occasions before finance documents etc were received. This was a little frustrating and I was expecting better communication, perhaps some form of online order tracking would be useful instead of customer having to keep ringing.

Hi John, thank you for the feedback. I've looked through your file and I can see you placed your deposit on the 28th April but we didn't receive your signed order form until the 7th May. Unfortunately we can't process orders until a signed order form is received so this 9 day wait for the form did delay you receiving the vehicle, we did chase it a couple of times but following your feedback we may have not tried hard enough. Once we did receive your signed form we sent you your finance documents the next day and delivery took place the following week. I do apologise for letting your initial delivery timeframe slip from two weeks, we do now have a dedicated member of our team who's job it is to chase signed orders forms daily to ensure there are no unexpected delays. I have to say that Gemma C, the main person i have dealt with was very knowledgable and couldnt be more helpful with sorting everything out, nothing was too mich trouble for her and even went the extra mile when items were out of stock to try to source alternatives! Absolutely amazing service from Gemma, would highly reccomend.

An excellent service from the Team at Global Vans! My only bug to bear, is that the the van was delivered dirty. I understand that it had been driven over 400 miles to me, but the dirt was old - it had not been valeted to showroom condition upon dispatch.

The leasing of the van was a seamless process with excellent customer support, I would only recommend that the customer choose the date of the direct debit payments, as that final stage is less structured and now we have a direct debit going out on the 26th of the which is 4 days before pay day so have to remember to have enough available funds.

the deals are good as your services,but you need to improve your customer service/some of them are very brief on the phone,sounds bored and do not want to explain the details/ the only contact is by phone and you definitely need to improve it. happy talks,happy customers,more sales... best regards,Deyan

Very pleased with the vans, service provided and friendly staff. The process however was quite stressful on both sides. We caused you problems because our MD was so busy and could not always provide what you needed - that was our fault! However, we would have expected a little bit more flexibility from you. Some of your rules are too rigid and caused us a lot of delays. That being said we would definitely use your services again now that we know the process more clearly.

I'd have to say, they were excellent in the main and I'd have given them 5 stars if they'd not got the order wrong in parts. However, that was rectified pretty quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall, top service and I'd definitely recommend them, in fact I have, several times in the VW forums.

Steve Harris and Paul Fricker served me with excellence, not only was the deal very competitive, but their service was top class. Only issues are I think the parrot bluetooth installed is the one below the spec discussed and was not told about inflation kit instead of spare wheel.

Make paperwork process quicker and use 1st class recorded postage for documents woulnd increase performance.
