“2 criticisms that I have is the salesman never responded to an e-mail I sent him, so sent same e-mail o admin team and got reply sstraight away. And when I asked delivery timescale I was told 3 weeks but turned out 5-6 weeks. Apart from that happy with the majority of service.”

Thanks for your feedback on Global Vans, we are sorry that your email slipped through the net. Sometimes van manufacturers and dealers have logistics problems that on rare occasions effect timescales for new van deliveries, I believe we did all we could to minimise the delay for you.

“From ordering van to delivery all went very well, but one of the extras ordered i.e tow bar was a disaster (wong bar and electrics). Problem still ongoing”
