Very pleased with the vans, service provided and friendly staff.
The process however was quite stressful on both sides. We caused you problems because our MD was so busy and could not always provide what you needed - that was our fault! However, we would have expected a little bit more flexibility from you. Some of your rules are too rigid and caused us a lot of delays.
That being said we would definitely use your services again now that we know the process more clearly.
