The mark of a good company is when something goes wrong and how it's dealt with. Plylining/tow bar not done but quickly arranged to be fitted at my address- TOP MARKS!!

Very good sales team. Lack of information regarding breakdown cover and vehicle warranty. Appear to lose interest once vehicle sold.

Thank you for your feedback. In order for us to keep using our dealerships to supply new vans, we need to pay them prior to delivery.

Communication about progress of my order could have been better. Car had stuff missing form air con which made it rattle badly. Easily refitted but should have been dealt with before delivery.

Everything went well, but found some answers to questions weren't directly answered. I.e still have no answer about log book and never got a receipt for payment. But overall was happy.

Van didn't show on the day promised which was a bit concerning at the time as first purchase. However here 1st thing the next day so generally satisfied.

Very happy with the service received and all information was accurate. Only problem when van was delivered, locks not working and no fuel in van. Ran out of fuel after half a mile.

Rang twice to arrange a rough time for delivery; neither lady rang me back so delivery driver had to sit for an hour until I could get back. A little info back from admin would have avoided this.

We are sorry that the delivery communication was not better. Sometimes when the driver is on route it is impossible to get an update on exact timescales as the driver can not answer phone. Thank you for your van lease business.

We were a bit surprised to find we didn't receive log book and had to wait 6months for it. No problem but may have been a good idea to inform us up front.

We appologise for not communicating this point well enough. Not all van lease deals require this but we work to the rules agreed with our manufacturer / dealer partners.

Citroen Relay LC62 *** - arrived 8-1-13. Now April and not received V5/logbook!? If you haven't already, could you date 17 2 days after registered.

2 criticisms that I have is the salesman never responded to an e-mail I sent him, so sent same e-mail o admin team and got reply sstraight away. And when I asked delivery timescale I was told 3 weeks but turned out 5-6 weeks. Apart from that happy with the majority of service.

Thanks for your feedback on Global Vans, we are sorry that your email slipped through the net. Sometimes van manufacturers and dealers have logistics problems that on rare occasions effect timescales for new van deliveries, I believe we did all we could to minimise the delay for you.

From ordering van to delivery all went very well, but one of the extras ordered i.e tow bar was a disaster (wong bar and electrics). Problem still ongoing
