Order a Nissan van. Deposit was taken and then very difficult to contact. Kept delaying eventually after 3 months they decided to put the price up. After I refused it took them another month to refund me.

Hi Haroon, thank you for your feedback. I understand the finance had to be requoted for a different contract period which changed the payments. We then cancelled the order and refunded your deposit. I hope we can supply you again in the future.

BS company avoid scam Ordered a van back in January. Had an email from a Ella Williams stating the arrival would be 4th March then I would get the van shortly after this. Its now early June and no one seems to know whats going on been told they can't give me an update. When I get told I shall get a call back I never do. I feel left in the dark and now given up if it will at some point turn up. Update.... It's now 5th September STILL NO VAN. Not heard anything in months. Evey time I call I get the same BS no one knows what's going on or I will receive a call back that never happens. Called nissan directly they say there's only 1 distributor is the UK and their lead times are 8 months at the moment. Global vans are clearly running a scam along side there main business.

I’m currently at the end of a contract with Global Vans and I simply cannot reach anybody about the return. You call and wait on hold for ages. Or if you call later in the day when they claim to still be open the “out of hours” team take a message for a call back, but they never call you back. So I can’t return it, meaning I’ve had to renew insurance just to keep it safe even though it should no longer be my problem. To make matters worse, I’ve been overcharged by £700+ this year, but again, can’t get hold of anyone… I submitted a contact form on the website asking to make a complaint and I received the response “thanks we’ll get someone to call and prepare a bespoke quote” so they don’t even read what you send either. I used to be a big van and have referred sales to them, but not after this experience.

Do not use this company . I was told lies about the contract and now I’m paying the price . You are tied in forever until you are forced to sell the van . Horrendous service, Feel like I’ve sold my soul to the devil . Beware .

I have waited several weeks now for feedback re selling a vehicle and buying a new one. This is despite providing a lot of data and also being told on several occasions i was on call back. Very poor and disappointing service.

Hi Peter, thank you for your feedback. I've spoken to the salesman involved and I understand he's working on switching you out of your recent contract into a different-sized vehicle - I've asked him to give you a call this afternoon.

This would be zero stars if REVIEWS allowed a 0 star. I cannot help but think that most of the 5-star reviews are fictional given my experience with Global Vans. These guys are complete con-artists. STAY AWAY. The 'deal' I enquired about was for a Citreon Berlingo van IN STOCK. Seemed too good to be true? I received a phone back to be told that there were no vans in stock now BUT a higher spec and higher priced Enterprise Pro version of the van was in STOCK. Reluctantly I agreed to pay the higher amount because as I explained to the sales agent Keiran I needed a van ASAP. I paid a fee to secure my STOCK van. Low and behold, today (1-month after finance papers signed) Global Vans tells me that they cannot confirm delivery date because the vehicle hasn't landed in the country. Their response when I reminded them it was a Stock item?? "We are just a broker". So, after conning me into paying more for the higher spec van, I've also paid more than if I went to another competitor that doesn't tell lies. And, I've had to start paying for a rental van as well since my van has broken down in the 4-weeks I've been patiently waiting. Absolutely disgusted.

This firm is corrupt to the core they want your details filled out on the website, they say they will give you a quote, but they never do they are just collecting and harvesting Data. AVOID at all costs.

The van we were issued with was faulty on arrival, it took three weeks just to get a Nissan garage to look at it. Then another 4 weeks before it was declared repaired. Global accepted no responsability for it, would not tell me the details of the garage that supplied it. Just been fobbed of with an absolute lemon !! Customer services just consistantly referred us to Nissan Assist, taking no responsibility for supplying a duff van! Feel free to call me to discuss!

Do not use quite happy to take your money and not deliver your van, very poor communication.Ask for call backs never get called back, van not in stock but they say it is. Was told it would be with me by late July ,been told today that now due in October, but I had to chase Global Vans to find out this. I was dealing with Brahmin and Zoe but could not get through to them so had to speak to one of the directors, for Brahmin to finally call back. Absolute shambles very unprofessional could not run a bath

Hi Alex, thank you for your feedback. I've had a look at your file and can see placed an order on the 12th May with a ETA of August 2022. Occasionally factory orders can slip back, I've asked our sales manager to speak to the manufacturer and get the latest information, if the revised date isn't suitable we can look at an alternative vehicles or cancel your order. I hope we can continue with processing your order.

Please don't use this company. I have been messed around and lied to. They cancelled original van due end of April. Promised me one end of May. Van still not here. I've been ringing and emailing since 31st May to be told its at Sea somewhere but no ETA. Louie was my 1st point of contact then it moved to Ben then Kate now Jacob. Still awaiting a senior sales person to contact me. If I don't have a van By the week of the 20th as told to them back in March then I have no business and they do not care. Even lied to me last Friday when I asked to speak to Louie they told me he was on the phone but would call me back. Yes you guessed it no call. So I rang Monday 9.15 am to be told Louie doesn't work there hasn't done for several weeks. People order vans mainly for their work so when I state I can't work unless I have a van by this day and they say yes I will then I expect it. If I treated my customers this way then I wouldn't have any. So please don't be fooled like me the vans are not at the prices advertised and they treat you like it doesn't matter when they let you down

Hi Louise, thank you for your feedback. I understand you rang in on Monday to say you wanted to cancel your order. Your request has been actioned and you'll receive confirmation shortly. I agree the original lead time has fallen back slightly, unfortunately this can occasionally happen, especially in the current climate. I hope we can supply you again in the future.

Unfortunately not a very good experience, we were talked into a more expensive van and given a promised due date. It’s funny that we kept hearing from Ben as he needed us to leave an excellent review, must have phoned 3 times per day until we did. Then we heard nothing 2 weeks past the due date we got a call of somebody we have never dealt with who advised the van was going to be 2 months late, we said to Ben from the start we needed a van by a certain date or we didn’t want to order, this is why we where talked into a more expensive van. So obviously we said this is no good and you have broken our agreement, guess what yes you guessed it , they kept the deposit for cancellation though it was there fault. Clever way of scamming money. So here is the real review you asked for. GLOBAL VANS ARE ABSOLUTE SCAMMING LIARS, AVOID THE SLIMEY LYING SALESPEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE. RIPP OFF MERCHANT I will be adjuyall the reviews you begged me to leave.

Hi Dave, thank you for your feedback. I understand you ordered a Nissan on the 23/3 with an ETA of the 1/7 but cancelled it on the 17/5. I can see we made contact with you yesterday with our complaints procedure.

They charged me a whopping £550 to cancel a van that wasn't meant to be delivered for at least 3 months. So basically, I ordered a van from them back in Feb/March, this process was good until I was signing the paperwork, then they realised they needed to add on around £50 pcm, still not sure why... So the £370 van (incl Tax) now costs £416... They failed to inform me at the time that I'd have to pay additional road tax because the van costs over £40k. So from the initial quote I'd accepted I was looking at paying now around £850 extra per year. Once I add on for additional insurance, tax etc, this van which I'd originally allocated £400 on pcm, was going to cost me around £600 pcm... I tried to remove some of the extras, consider a different van, but was told that the van was already built (3 months to go btw), and I couldn't remove extras, and whenever I contacted the company to look for something more reasonable, I was always talked out of changing the van due to resale value, and only then did I tease out the information that I would have to pay additional tax on this one, which I could save on another van, but I'd never own that van etc... So after being unable to comfortably plan for these much higher costs than initially discussed, I asked them to cancel the van. And they charged me all of the deposit I paid for a van I've never even seen a picture of... I don't have the VIN, I don't have information on its status, and have never been told that it's being manufactured let alone that it's complete... I consider taking £550 as a charge for cancelling a van that hasn't been delivered to be extortionate... It's dishonest, and I found that once I'd placed the order in, I was met with lethargy and some annoyance when I wanted to get the details right... Here's your chance, justify the £550 cancellation charge.

Hi Antony, thank you for your feedback. I've looked into your case and can see the van you ordered had gone into build so the specification could not be amended. We offered to requote you based on your revised specification but due to list price increases and discount changes, the price would have been more expensive even though you reduced your spec. The road fund licence would not have changed, commercial vehicles are charged at one rate. You decided to cancel your order so as per the order form you signed there is a cancellation fee. I hope we can supply you again in the future.

I ordered a new Transit in October or November last year! Paid a deposit, the finance etc accepted .. promised it by February 2022 .. then that was pushed back to March , and now we are at the end of April and still no van!!! I didn't expect to have to wait 6 months for something I clearly needed when I initially enquired ! My business relies heavily on a reliable van .. really have let me down!

I ordered a van on the 16th February 2022 only because they promised it to me by 15th March they I left it another month and still nothing to say when it was coming they must have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with now I have cancelled the van due to the fact they don't have a clue when it would be arriving and now they are saying I will not get my deposit refunded I hope someone from this company can call me and explain why I am not getting my money back as they have done nothing for me except waste my time and money

Disgraceful service, ordered a van 12 months ago when the van eventually arrived the supplier tried 18 times to ask Global for information so they could get it registered & taxed and out of the three contacts at Global no one answered them and had to sell the vehicle to someone else as it had to be registered by 1st March. The staff informed me they sold for a larger profit which was not true. Don't touch this company

Hi Steve, thank you for the feedback. I understand your review relates to a relative's van order. There may be some cross wires on the current situation, I have arranged a call back from our team.

Appalling customer service. Ordered a van in December 2021 that was 'In Stock' according to Global Vans. The van has not been delivered and Global Vans will not answer phone calls or respond to emails. We have paid our deposit and I am now seriously worried that we have lost it and will never get a van. If we had updates or even a target date when we may get a van it wold be one thing, but we absolutely no date and no idea when this van will be delivered, making business planning very difficult. I would not recommend this company. I would definitely avoid this company at all costs.

Appalling service. I put my £500 holding deposit on a van in October and was told the van would be ready in November. This then got delayed until the first quarter of 22, which I accepted. 2 weeks into March, I still haven’t had any indication on when this van would arrive. After countless phone calls, they made contact with made contact with the dealer to then be told this van is no longer in production. If I didn’t push on this to find this information out I don’t think I’d have ever been told!!!!! I had to upgrade to the 116 Vito at an extra cost which I accepted. After being accepted by ‘Lease plan’ on the original van I was told there would be no issue swapping the vans. 1 week later, and lease plan decline the finance even though I have a credit score of 999 and have never missed a payment in my life. This is a disgraceful company and I have wasted nearly 7 months for nothing!!!!!!!
