The van we were issued with was faulty on arrival, it took three weeks just to get a Nissan garage to look at it. Then another 4 weeks before it was declared repaired.
Global accepted no responsability for it, would not tell me the details of the garage that supplied it. Just been fobbed of with an absolute lemon !!
Customer services just consistantly referred us to Nissan Assist, taking no responsibility for supplying a duff van!
