Unfortunately not a very good experience, we were talked into a more expensive van and given a promised due date. It’s funny that we kept hearing from Ben as he needed us to leave an excellent review, must have phoned 3 times per day until we did. Then we heard nothing 2 weeks past the due date we got a call of somebody we have never dealt with who advised the van was going to be 2 months late, we said to Ben from the start we needed a van by a certain date or we didn’t want to order, this is why we where talked into a more expensive van. So obviously we said this is no good and you have broken our agreement, guess what yes you guessed it , they kept the deposit for cancellation though it was there fault. Clever way of scamming money.
