Broken promises was told my van would be with me in 7/10days so signed up paid £500 deposit. 6 weeks later still no van so I cancelled after being told on more than one occasion that if I sign this document it will be with me in 5 working day when really they was just lying and making me tied down to a contract. Absolute con men especially (Ben) please avoid

Hi Wayne, thank you for your feedback. I can see you ordered a van on the 19th October 2021 with a 3 week lead time but then contacted us in early November to say you had brought one elsewhere so wanted to cancel. We then followed your instruction and cancelled your order.

awful avoid at all costs . placed an order for a van on 27th October 2021 for delivery early January 2022, still hadn’t arrived by 10th February so called to chase it myself as we had no contact from ‘Global Vans’ to be told it would now be early april or may 2022 - 7 months …..I dont think so, so I looked else where and found the same van and had it delivered within 4 days. Now Global Vans are refusing to give me back my deposit of £550 - Shocking service, called 3 times now & no one returns your calls !!!

Hi Lisa, thank you for your feedback. I can see you ordered a van in October with a 12 week lead-time. We advised you in January that there was a delay in production and we offered you an alternative vehicle that was in stock which you agreed to switch into. You later contacted us to cancel that order. I've asked our resolution manager to give you a call to discuss.

placed order for mercedes sprinter Aug21, told could up the spec as it was already in UK, we could get parking sensors added, paid the deposit and was given Oct as delivery, then changed to Dec, that was after chasing them up constantly, get promised call backs they dont happen, got to continue phoning to get someone to listen to you, then told there was a problem with components, (not sure how that works with a van that was supposingly ready to go) and pushed into paying deposit if I wanted it, being the last one available obviously, still chasing order up, being offered a white transit instead with a March delivery, and YET on their website merecedes sprinters are showing "coming soon" and have been told they have absolutely no idea when they will be here could be August 2022, is that soon?....what it is, is false advertising, not following through on finance agreement (should have been given details of van as agreement states) STOP playing with peoples livelihoods, STOP misleading customers with false advertising and START following through what you should be doing with the FSA regulations, and have the common courtesy to call when you say you will. Please dont embarrass myself by answering this with we have offered you an alternative....how about answering clearly and directly when I will receive the merecedes sprinter that was ordered.

It is very frustrating when a lead time slips from a manufacturer, we will always pass on any information we receive and work with you to manage the delay or suggest alternatives. Please do not purchase a vehicle from this company as they tell lies regarding delivery and you don't get to speak to the person who sold you the vehicle They took a holding deposit but have failed to mate any contract after this

Terrible communication mixed with a complete lack of appreciation for existing customers. I placed and order for a vehicle and was told delivery of said vehicle would be within 4 weeks of order. Paid £550 deposit, secured vehicle. I was asked to sign the lease agreement without having a confirmed delivery date, which i did not do. 10 days went by and still no sight of a delivery date. subsequently i cancelled my order as it wasn't looking likely that my vehicle would be delivered any time soon and i could source one elsewhere within the time frame that i wanted. Robert Prideux, Global vans sales manager, agreed to refund my deposit in full, recorded, on a phone call. did this happen, no, of course it didn't and they are denying any of this conversation taking place and are refusing to supply the recording. Now being ignored from management of Global Vans. Just to add, I am still a customer of theirs with a current vehicle and have been for over 4 years, have recommended them to multiple businesses as we are all local to Bristol. Never will I use GLOBAL VANS again. Very poor service and behavior.

Hi Jordan, thank you for your feedback. I can see you ordered a Ford Ranger on the 24th August with a 3 week lead-time. The vehicle was ready for delivery from the 14th September. Reading the notes you asked to cancel the order on the 6th September for due to a change of circumstances in your business and you would come back when you were ready to order again. We agreed to keep your deposit on file to use again in the future. There are costs in cancelling vehicles and we always try to minimise these. I hope we can supply you again in the future.

Worst service ever received, rude staff who ignore emails, van turned up with a different interior spec to what I asked for, told me delivery would be end of august- received van in the middle of November. Highly suggest you look elsewhere.

Hi Jack, thank you for your feedback. I can see you ordered a Transit Connect on the 2nd July with an ETA of 12 weeks, apologies that delivery ran a couple of weeks over schedule. As discussed you have received the exact specification requested, I understand you thought it came with an interior screen which is an optional extra on your model. Thank you for your business.

Great help toget you to buy van or vans but awful customer services along the way with issues over the plan years every time lawful arrogant unhelpful staff. Don’t be fooled by there nice helpful way before as they want yr Buisness but once you have signed sealed and delivered they don’t want to know with anything and do not contact you back as they always fob u off and you have to argue to get anywhere. Especiallly Justin who was very rude to my wife and totally Not proffesional. And messed up our re finance on one van and basically told my wife tuff

This company has done every thing wrong at every turn during my bid to get a van they have lied to me on phone calls that I have recorded I have been more than patient and now I find out they didn’t bother to settle my old lease and I had debt collectors at my door and a mark on my credit rating the managing director jack Elliott had ignored my calls and bids to sort this out personally before going to the FSA and obandsmen and I have been called a liar on multiple occasions do not use this company I cannot even get them to speak to me

The worst customer service ever experienced, never calls back, makes up their own rules. They cancelled my order then said id cancelled it so basically stole my deposit. Also know of someone that has had a new Ranger back in the garage 7 times so far and they haven't helped at all! Fake reviews, avoid at all costs.

Had a brand new Ford Ranger turn up for one of our engineers and when he was driving it home from the office it came up with a host of alarms and he had to stop at services and call out the AA. The AA said it had to go back to a Ford garage. I thought well Global vans have been good so we will call them to resolve this and get our engineer back on the road, I was astounded that they washed their hands of the problem and left the problem of a brand new vehicle as our problem. Thank you for your business and please dont bother us, after sales service is shocking and will not buy again from them, comment was the Leaseplan you signed doesn't make allowances for a replacement car if your breaksdown, the car was only used for 2 hours, disgraceful.

Hi Scott, thank you for your feedback. Firstly, apologies that you have experienced a problem with your new Ford Ranger, it's very rare to get problems so soon after receiving delivery of a brand new vehicle but understand how frustrating it can be. For complete peace of mind we recommend a full maintenance and replacement vehicle contract where you'll be fully covered in these situations but we are always here to help when you experience any issues. I've spoken to our aftersales team and can see you called the AA who advised you needed a Ford garage to look at the vehicle, I understand your first choice garage was fully booked so we advised of some alternatives and your vehicle is booked in to be seen today. We will call you later today to follow up.

So a month on from last review still no phone call and still waiting for a refund of our deposit Paperwork was signed told you we wanted it in April 2021 you tell us it was reallocated in May 2021 doh!!!!😣 WE DID NOT CANCEL OUR ORDER YOU DID !!!!! you allocated it to some else not our problem what is a problem is we want our deposit back NOW!!!! We will take this further now as promised twice we would get a call from the manager guess what THEY NEVER CALL BACK !!!!!!!! FUMING !!!!!!! And don’t answer passing the buck which is exactly what you done our 2 previous reviews 😡😡😡😡😡

Continously Advertise Vans at prices they cannot supply - Over the past 18 momths I have asked for them to supply a van they advertise and they cannot - The excuse pre pandemic and during MAy to June 2021 was the manufacturers had over quoted and could not make them in time (even though the advert says in stock) and tried again today (July) and guess what - same excuse. I rang them and said what large vans have you got for the £199.99 a month - how much deposit do you need to put and what term - reply was I can't tell you as the engines are all changing and will be September before we know what deals there are??? So I said change the Ad then and they hung up...Utter B****it - Go on to their page select Large Vans - all the Citroen offers advertised they can't do, The Nissan that's in Stock isn't and will be possibly December but not at the price quoted - The Fords??? Nope Not available

Hi Tim, thank you for your feedback. We regularly update our website as and when we receive updates from our supplying manufacturers. As widely reported in the press there is currently a UK wide shortage of new vans so our stock levels are changing constantly. If you can not wait for a factory order we would recommending acting quickly on any stock vehicles.

Called them, spoke to Jason who was taking every detail possible and even sent an email to confirm. Ins and out of my business who I am what I do 25 minutes chat. Took more time on me and no time checking his stock. Surly that should have been the first step. Promised me call back next day which never came. I rang him 2 days later to be told not got the van I was after. No alternative no other options no nothing just good bye. Why mess customers about getting all that information from them and you have no stock. Time wasters. Poor customer service.

Hi Mike, thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to Jason and I understand you wanted quotes over 36/48/60 months for Finance Lease & Contract Hire with various different initial rentals. Jason informed you that stock is moving very fast at the moment so what we had available was subject to change but you still in the early stages of your decision making. When you called back in a few days later the vehicle had sold and we gave you our next available due date. We are recommending that customers move quickly to secure stock vehicles as we're in a fast moving market and stock levels change hourly. thank you for considering us, I hope we can supply you in the future.

Absolutely terrible service. Was friendly and helpful and talked to you like your best mate until the money was taken. We informed Arjun we need the van quickly, He told us 7-10 day delivery. 6 weeks later still no van... Called them 6 times never return my calls asked to speak to a supervisor twice, again no call back. Don't know when the van is going to turn up BUT WE NEED IT NOW!!! also cost us £250 as we had to hire a van Do not use this company and these reviews must be fake. We also work for the BBC so thinking of getting in touch with Watchdog.. Unless we get the van in the next couple of weeks we are going to cancel and we want a full refund.

Customer service here is terrible. This company tells people they have vans in stock takes there deposits then makes them wait months for there van. They also threaten people with their deposits. Would never recommend this company.

Thursday 17th June We want our deposit back!!!!!! and will not be using your services as we never received the so called 50+ calls or emails you say and documents were signed !!!!!!! We have called over 20 times now since April 16th no one has returned our calls as promised An Email was sent April 16th asking if we still wanted the van and to contact you, so we did numerous times always promised to get someone to call back still waiting !!!! to this day 😡 you then sent us emails saying sorry to hear you’ve cancelled your order twice WE NEVER CANCELLED !!!!!!!!!!! Then another email saying you’ll be using our deposit as a cancellation fee Again WE NEVER CANCELLED!!!!!!! FGS so your reply to my previous review Which I find over exaggerated and was actually posted 2weeks ago tomoz funny promised a call from a manager Jack on the Monday still no call and no contact to discuss from Brahim either Why is it you reallocated van in May 2021 When we received an email from Zoe asking if we still wanted the van on April 16th my guess is you had already reallocated and tried hard to fob us off Oh another thing business was not allowed to continue due to lockdown so we and thousands of other business were closed all of Nov then again from Dec to April which you were informed about I find your reply a joke I would have replied to your comment if it enabled me to now having to write this again Please don’t ring and say someone will call cause they never do!!!!!!! 😡

Absolutely appalling customer service never return calls even Brahmin, waiting for a call back over 3 weeks now he said he was sorting, spoke to Arch last Thursday he promised to call back We have spoke to others who all say the same they are busy or I’ll get them to call you back, never return our calls Just send emails to say sorry to hear your cancelling your order and they will use the deposit to cover costs WE NEVER GAVE INSTRUCTION TO CANCEL WE HAVE TRIED OVER 15 TIMES TO SPEAK WITH SOMONE YOU'LL KNOW AS YOU SAY CALLS ARE RECORDED FOR TRAINING PURPOSES WE WANT OUR DEPOSIT REFUNDED AS YOUVE ALLOCATED OUR VAN TO SOMEONE ELSE

The Mercedes dealer couldn't keep the vehicle on hold any longer so in May 2021 the vehicle was reallocated. I've asked Brahim to give you a call this afternoon to discuss your options going forward. absolutely terrible service. Was friendly and helpful until the money was taken. I was happy with what van so long as it could be delivered quick. i ordered in March, Was promised van delivery would take 4-5 weeks. Each month passed, i had to get in touch. i was told to expect delivery the following month. Im now told to expect delivery end of July, Thats coming on 5 months after order. Im sure by july they will say its coming in August. They use excuses of shortages but all the other reviews here delivery is on time with in 4 weeks. Do not use, these reviews must be fake.

So here we go again, fingers crossed we are not stood up today. I wrote on Friday saying how badly let we had been when the vehicle had not been collected at the arranged day/time. Global Vans work along side "very closely" (according to staff) with a finance company called LeasePlan UK Limited. Sadly when you give them a concern to look into not even Global Vans can't even get communications from LeasePlan. We have sent dozens of emails over a long period of time to LeasePlan & not one has had a response other than an automated case number! Today is the second day we have been told the van will be collected, watch this space because if by 5pm that has not happened we will feedback accordingly. Just be aware that you will be totally ignored and forgotten once they have your money, the after sales is as bad as it gets. Global Vans / LeasePlane = a very poor customer service guys. One will blame the other & unless you are prepared to stick by your guns and fight for your consumer rights they will bully you by silence into submission. Oh and look very closely at the vehicle registration date because they may try to get you to MOT the vehicle early (they did us, we had a 3 year lease) to save them the expense. £55/65 not a huge outlay as an individual payment but just imagine that multiplied a couple of hundred thousand and its a colossal sum of money!

Hi Rob, thank you for your feedback. We will always assist as much as we can in arranging end of lease vehicle collections but ultimately it's arranged by the leasing company and their collection agents. If we can be of any further help please just us know.
