“Ordering and payment was easy. Delivery by DHL was awful. They first promised 10 March, they didn't deliver, quoting delay. They offered 11 March, evening slot, when we were out. So I asked for a delivery on 16 March. They delivered on 11 March anyway, claiming in their message that I (Jon Bentley) had signed for it at my address, which is a complete fabrication - no one was in. Awful delivery service.”

“Our 14 year old dishwasher required major repairs. I checked the price of the necessary spares online, with a new machine the sensible option. A new Bosch machine was ordered, and fitted within a week. The whole process, from initial contact, to engineers visit to estimate of repair (Which was actually cheaper than the price of parts I had found online) and fitting a new machine was all hassle free. All members of staff I had contact with were friendly and offered good advice. I have used this company before, and have no problems recommending them to you.”

“After having my delivery left out my house and the DPD driver saying he had given it to me I was not happy so I had to leave a birthday lunch to come home and take it in so not sure I will be ordering from you again I called up the male customer advisor on the end of the phone did not seem very bothered”
