“Good customer service when things go wrong but constant mistakes are making me choose alternative suppliers. This particular order, I ordered Ultraphase 1 cartridges and Ultraphase 2 arrived. Then I have to send them back and wait longer to get the original order as they won’t ship the replacement until they’ve received the wrong ones back.”

“We experienced an excellent service from Snellings Gerald Giles. Extremely efficent. After making the order the item arrived the next day but, unfortunately, it was damaged. This was not a problem as the company arranged for a replacement immediately. We were very impressed by their efficiency and would highly recommend them.”
