“Great personal service , perhaps adversely affected by Royal Mail who did not meet the original delivery date indicated on their email. This is not unusual for Royal Mail and often leads to convoluted efforts to take delivery. However 2nd delivery was successful Thank you”

“I am delighted. The product was showing as over £100 on Amazon and Snellings price was less than half of that even with P&P. When ordered delivery was stated as Friday, the post office tracking said it would arrive in Wednesday, it did arrive on Thursday which was brilliant.”

“The items I ordered arrived promptly, and the price of the items (fridge water filters) was very reasonable. However I was charged nearly £10 extra for delivery because I live in the Highlands. I could just about understand the extra charge if I was buying a large heavy item, but these filters could have come in the post, or with any other courier, for the standard fee, just like all the other things I buy online.”
