“Smelling Gerald Giles just did what I asked which was to deliver detergent in 2 days using DHL, No drama and no fuss…perfect thank you. 10/10 Miele tried to do the same for a month with parcel force before giving up, I wasted hours on the phone to Miele customer care then had to fight for my money back. 1/10.”

“Good range of products, competitive prices and swift service but your Royal Mail delivery charges to our address in Scotland are more than we have ever paid for other deliveries and seem somewhat excessive”
