“I was so very pleased to find this name on line. For me it brings back memories of my parents using the firm many years ago they always favoured the firm. Unfortunately in my ignorance I thought the name had gone however I am now enlightened. The on line service worked really well for the item I needed. So while it's a journey for me to get to Norwich I intend to visit the store where it's convenient for me.”

“I always buy Miele dos dishwasher units from this company as I have found them to be the best value. This last delivery had a damaged unit despite being well packaged. I contacted customer services and they responded the same day and dispatched a replacement. No quibbling at all. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
