“The items I ordered arrived promptly, and the price of the items (fridge water filters) was very reasonable. However I was charged nearly £10 extra for delivery because I live in the Highlands. I could just about understand the extra charge if I was buying a large heavy item, but these filters could have come in the post, or with any other courier, for the standard fee, just like all the other things I buy online.”

“I ordered a replacement KitchenAid Go Cordless Charging Block, as mine has totally disapeared. I secected to have the item sent to me next day delivery but I received a phone call from Tracy to say it would be delivered a day later. She was very apologetic and refunded the extra pound without being asked. It arrived the following day as promised and in perfect condition. Thank you so much for your excellent service. I would certainly recommend your company.”
