I ordered the product and DHL were going to send out my order on the 08/01/26, this was then delayed to 09/01/26. I contacted your team and requested that they deliver on the weekend of 10/01/26 or 11/01/26? I am away for a few days from today and told your operator that it would be a t least till the 23/01 /26 before I am at home. I now have been told it is my duty to travel to the DHL depot in Cardiff as they have the package!

DHL would not have been able to deliver over the weekend. Our communications page indicates DHL received a request for your order to be collected from one of their depots. We ordered the item last Sunday. Received an email confirmation and nothing since? We were hoping to have for this weekend but haven't had any confirmation of despatch or delivery or any tracking. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

I have just received my parcel and there were only 5 bottles in there 3 number 1’s and only 2 number 2’s . I am sure there were meant to be 6 bottles , awaiting a reply

You were at this time contacted by our customer service team, who organised the cancellation of your first order to allow you to re-order and correct the delivery address details. Unfortunately, your second order was indeed delivered to the wrong address by the courier company. Please accept our apologies regarding this. It was organised with the courier to have your order collected from the incorrect address so we could then redistribute it to your address, which was in progress. I ordered this item through your website but after receiving no confirmation email I telephoned. To be told, 'oh, that item is out of stock'. When I asked when your company planned to tell me this, I got a mumbled non-answer. When I asked when your company planned to return my money, I got a 'I'll get that organised but it'll take 3 to 5 days' mumbled answer. The only reason you got one star is that I can't give you none!!

Having looked at your order, I can confirm an order confirmation email was sent to the email address listed on your order within five minutes of your order being placed. You were then sent another email the same day at 13.18. It may be these are in your junk file, or your email address we have is incorrect. The item you ordered was listed as 'available to order' which means we were waiting for stock to arrive. Our refund policy states any refund will be credited within 3-5 days. Royal mail left parcel at 27 Rome Road. When I live at 12. Nobody says they have it. NEVER USE ROYAL MAIL THEY ARE USELESS. I WILL NEVER USE A COMPANY IF THEY USE ROYAL MAIL

The boxes of powder we bought were all wet and leaking when we received them. See photos. Think the delivery company might have dropped them in water?
