I ordered this item through your website but after receiving no confirmation email I telephoned. To be told, 'oh, that item is out of stock'. When I asked when your company planned to tell me this, I got a mumbled non-answer. When I asked when your company planned to return my money, I got a 'I'll get that organised but it'll take 3 to 5 days' mumbled answer. The only reason you got one star is that I can't give you none!!

Having looked at your order, I can confirm an order confirmation email was sent to the email address listed on your order within five minutes of your order being placed. You were then sent another email the same day at 13.18. It may be these are in your junk file, or your email address we have is incorrect. The item you ordered was listed as 'available to order' which means we were waiting for stock to arrive. Our refund policy states any refund will be credited within 3-5 days. Royal mail left parcel at 27 Rome Road. When I live at 12. Nobody says they have it. NEVER USE ROYAL MAIL THEY ARE USELESS. I WILL NEVER USE A COMPANY IF THEY USE ROYAL MAIL

The boxes of powder we bought were all wet and leaking when we received them. See photos. Think the delivery company might have dropped them in water?

Having reviewed your mulitple orders placed with our company, these were cancelled due to the fact they were linked to your Amazon reseller account CNS trading. Our company prides itself with a fair pricing strategy, not to then be sold at inflated prices elsewhere.

We needed a heater replacement on our dishwasher, booked engineer paid £66.was told this covered 1 hour labour. Engineer arrived spent half hour just to tell us we needed new heater but had to order part. Engineer called later with estimate of £155+ including part. 1 hour allowed to do job. Also dishwasher was left with bottom panel loose because side bottom panel left not screwed in. Got job done locally for half that, so wasted £66. Would not recommend snellings. Was misled and I had said at first contact I did not want to spend more than £150 as I would rather buy new machine

Unfortunately my first experience with yourselves is going to be my last. I put an order in for a Sony HTX8500 Soundbar from your website as it was at a great price of £229 instead of the usual £299. I managed to put the order through online without any problems, even being able to put a different delivery address to the billing address despite the fact it was my first order, which was one of the reasons for the issues I had. I got a confirmation email on the 14.01 for my order, then got an email from DHL on 17.01 at 09:47 saying they had received the details of my order from yourself, gave me the shipping number 60120139357770 and were waiting for the parcel. at 09:55 on 17.01 I then got an email from yourself saying you had been unable to fulfil my order and the payment would be refunded as your card processor, Stripe, had been unable to verify this purchase because the postcode for delivery did not correspond to the registered payment card address. I then called yourselves to see if I could then reorder the item and put the same address for delivery as the billing but I was told that was not possible as you had put the wrong price on the website, you are supplied by Euronics and as such have to use their price and would be in breach of contract if you sold it to me cheaper than £299. I was also told that the problem with the different addresses happened quite a lot, which means you knew about it but hadn't corrected it. I would suggest stricter controls on your system that forces new customers to use the same address on their first transaction, and checks on the prices you put on your website to prevent this happening again in the future.

Absolute rubbish and no use to me . Photo and box clearly show the actual mixer and package only has attachment . Absolutely disgraceful

Our website does state the contents of the pasta shape press that you purchased: Package Contents 5KSMPEXTA Mixer Accessory 6 pasta discs Stainless Steel cleaning tool Storage case However, we have taken on board your feedback and will update all KitchenAid attachments with a clearer message, that the KitchenAid stand mixer is not included. As you have stated the item purchased is of no use to you, our customer service team will be in touch to arrange a collection, free of charge and a full refund. Unfortunatley scheduled deliveries of stocks from our suppliers are delayed sometimes and this is out of our control. As requested your order has been refunded in full. Was told they physically had the item in stock and it was to be delivered with in two days.. when they never had the item in stock and did not know when the next delivery was due. Got my ninja cooker from Argos in the end which was delivered a day early on a Sunday. Appalling is all I can say.

I purchased a cordless dyson on 24/11. I was looking forward to using my new purchase but unfortunately on the day that it arrived it wouldn’t charge, I contacted the store straight away and was told that they would send me new one out and collect the faulty one . I waited a good few days but heard nothing so I contacted them again only to be told that I shouldn’t have been given that information and they would collect the faulty item , test it and if they were satisfied that it was faulty then they would send me a new one! So where does that leave me, because at the moment I have no new hoover and I’m £300 out of pocket, I ordered my mother in law the same Hoover on the same day, I wouldn’t have done this had I have known that the customer service was so appalling! I really wish now that I had waited for Argos or curry’s to get more stock in. There is never a problem with Argos or curry’s , anyway I’m still waiting and haven’t heard anything

Nothing received even after the 2nd attempted delivery. The first delivery said they had tried to deliver, but I was in the house facing the gate at the exact time I got the message. RUBBISH no delivery. As for today nothing yet!!!

Waited for weeks for an engineer visit after being told no available engineer and they would be in touch. They never contacted me. I followed up after 3 months of waiting. Finally had a two minute visit and a £90 Call out fee to confirm fault, then a £455 quote to fix fault
