“It never arrived. I got a DHL message days ago saying it had been "collected". But I didn't get notification it was to be collected and I certainly didn't pick it up. So what happened?”

“Product as you would expect from a Meile supplier, great to find a company that supplies genuine products. Meiie products are not cheap but do a great job. Thanks to Snellings Gerald Giles for a decent price and top service as you would expect for Meile products. Will be our prefered supplier in the future, ty....:)”

“I’m on holiday at present I understand that the hoover bags were delivered on the day originally arranged . When I get home I’ll be able to comment further. I understand that the lady who does my cleaning etc has put them in my house . She is at my house often so if there was a problem she would let me know”

“Easy, straightforward website to order from and speedy delivery. So glad that you are a stockist of Miele products. I haven’t started to use the Miele coloured liquid wash yet.
