“I wrote a short review about the product being not properly sealed in the package and goodness me, the company responded so quickly and have offered to refund my postage! What a pleasant surprise in this day and age to get not only a quick response but an offer of recompense. Thank you.”

“I received my 1.2l mini kitchenAid chopper I day before the advised delivery day. I bought this as an upgrade to my smaller mini chopper. I am pleased with the item. But the QR code provided on the kitchenaid leaflet is not known, so will have to log on to the website to do it.”

“Great service. My new Kitchenaid Ice Cream Bowl and free book was delivered very quickly. I've just made my first batch of ice cream, and found the bowl and attachments very easy to use. The instructions are straightforward. If anyone knows how to make a custard then they have all they need to make ice cream. The Kitchenaid Ice Cream maker produced great results in about 20 minutes. Would recommend Snellings Gerald Giles.”
