“I am happy with my purchase, which was made very easy by being able to park at the Norwich store. I found the SGG staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable when discussing a range of electrical items. It was also a pleasant surprise to find out SGG price match. 10 out of 10 from me I like to buy from local businesses and after this experience will definitely continue to do so 👍”

“The service was good but delivery details are not wholly accurate. Your Google ads say delivery charge is 3.99 for the product I bought but I was charged 4.99. Online you say DPD will be delivering but it was Royal Mail who contacted me.”

Our delivery charge has been £4.99 for a considerable time, so please accept our apologies for any confusion.
