“We ordered the item last Sunday. Received an email confirmation and nothing since? We were hoping to have for this weekend but haven't had any confirmation of despatch or delivery or any tracking. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.”

“We bought detergent for our Miele washing machine. Great advice from Snellings Gerald Giles who explained exactly what we needed. We’d been put on 15+minutes hold in two earlier calls direct to Miele. So thank you Snellings Gerald Giles who answered immediately and were also cheaper than Miele.”
