“People who works there are very confused, it looks like there are no communication between them. I have been insured with wise driving for the last 4/5years but last year I had to cancel it as I couldn’t handle the unprofessionalism from the workers. I think the company should take a look on the costumer service quality as it is very poor. Bruno”

“Avoid avoid AVOID I have a black box and I have always been 85% good driving then 4 months in the app started saying I was speeding and braking hard there is no difference in my driving at all and now they have MORE THAN doubled my monthly amount I have to pay to them DISGUSTING”

“Avoid. My premiums were increased to nearly 2k after 1 year. Was able to get a fraction of the price with another provider.”

“I left Wisedriving because after 3 years of no claim, my premier kept increasing ridiculously and the latest quote was joke really. Why are you still keeping me on telematics insurance after 3 yrs of no claim and good driving results?”
