“The company were so unhelpful in relation to my claim. I recieved no outcome unti l kept chasing them up. Also, they provided me with false information and failed to listen to what I said.”

“The insurance claims department are amazing cant knock them. This however is not good enough to ignore the fact they would prefer you to crash into someone and claim rather than emergency stop. If you emergency stop your insurance will sky rocket. They were well aware of my journey to work involving a long stint on the motorway followed by a series of roundabouts on an industrial estate in which lorries ignored the giveaway rule and pulled out on you. I cancelled after a 13months due to the bs”

“Terrible they proper scammed me ! There readings are incorrect my insurance just kept getting higher even though I did nothing wrong and the miles it said I had done were incorrect way more than what was on my car which I showed proof of but they did nothing to help would deffo not recommend”

“Constantly getting threats from them, then a letter telling me I am no longer insured... so obviously took out car insurance with different company and then keep getting letters saying I owe them money even though I was paying monthly and was up to date. Silly company”
