I love how I can log into my account and check my scores whenever I like and see where I’m going wrong for example speed etc.

Overall very good except if a payment is missed it’s a very expensive charge added instead of just reapplying for payment a few days later like every other company does

Hi Nik, Thank you for your review and rating - we would like the chance to improve the experience you have had. Our funding provider, Close Brothers Premium Finance do charge a Β£30 default fee if a direct debit is missed. This fee is stipulated within the Credit Agreement you would have signed when the policy was set up. However, we would like to answer any queries you may have regarding this. change of car was made and was charged extra within a month because of the driving score. when if you start a new policy you get 3 months to get used to the car. was also not informed of the breakdown when having to make a extra payment to change the car.

Worst policies ever. Worst evaluation method. Can't recomend to anyone ever. I'll ever use a box installing insurance company ever again. 😀😀

can not fault customer service, always helpful and reliable when in contact. The dashboard is outstanding and can always check your driving score. Great prices for insurance and if doing well will knock off money over the year.

It’s cheap at first, but you get penalised if you have to brake harshly or rev (like being on a hill and no hill assist!). It ended up costing a bomb, never get a black box! Absolute scam. Plus the customer service was always horrid.

I fell in to difficult times financially asked the company for help due to hard ship and instead of helping told me to ring back next day I got a letter saying they've cancelled my policy and refused any help at all staff need more people skills and attitude problems joke of a company will RIP every penny off u worse insurance company in the world

Not had any issues with these. Forgot I had the black box in most of the time. Would definitely recommend these!
