“Was told that time wouldn’t affect my score as I worked late shifts, that was a lie. Felt like scoring system was rather harsh. Even when driving “good” score went down. Wasn’t even worth its while should have just got insurance without a box. Changed my car, was told I have 2/3 weeks to get a new box installed, booked appointment. Unfortunately, engineer had a funeral so appointment got cancelled. Then got warnings my policy was going to be cancelled because i had went past the threshold, not through my own fault.”

“Shocking company Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced Had to compensate me multiple times for their lack of competence and rudeness If I could give less than 1 star I would!!!! Avoid at ALL costs”

“Honestly no customer service skills, know exactly how to treat a customer poorly, overpriced insurance, and the chance of getting payments lower? With an excellent driving score this never happened so false advertisement, also after me trying to cancel the policy towards the end, this company had the nerve to try to automatically renew the policy, would not recommend!”

“Can't get 1 Year no claims discount because they've taken over 6 months to assess a small claim (I was told it takes maximum 6 months to process) and the case is still open. Really bad service”

“Great monitored driving but not too strict! Just feels like driving without a black box.. great company and highly recommended there service! Also cheap being 20 with a 1.9 150bhp turbo diesel!!👍🏻”

“Very very poor prices are not very practical and even with a black box for new drivers you don't save much over the years and the hidden charger that the don't tell u straight off the bat If discrasful”

“I was with these for few years no accidents or no complaints of my driving kept putting prise up and auto reniewal me with wrong address when already told them I'm not renewing not how you treat loyal customers”

“Annoyingly high renewal prices. Refusal to remove blackbox after use. Only reviewed my driving and increased prices during bad driving, no rewards or reductions during good periods of driving. Score never increases even after renewal.”
