“Worst insurance company I have been with. Complete lack of empathy and communication is shocking. Wise driving are a broker for their underwriters but when action is needed by both parties they don’t actually communicate with each other to resolve issues. My experience was that shocking that someone couldn’t pay me to be insured by wisedriving in the future.”

“The worst insurance company. They lie over and over again. When I tried to cancel my policy I was told to call later because cancellation department wasn’t open. When I called later I was told to call the next day. The next day I was told they don’t work at all and I should call the next day. Same thing over and over again. Requested recordings of my phone conversations as they have provided me with false information. Never received it even though chased so many times. Avoid avoid avoid! They are cheeky enough to send me a request for review, 2 years after I stopped using them. Here’s your review then.”

“They were very quick with the installation of my black box and followed my instructions to ensure it was perfectly fine, they have a great online system which rates your driving, however some of it could be refined such as the acceleration & braking parts (as drivers can't perfectly predict what others on the road could do and therefore lower the score), in any case good company would recommend.”

“Worst thing I ever did was sign up for wise drive. They are the worst insurence company to go for. They never lower the price and they charge ridiculous amounts if you change cars over during your time with them. DO NOT GET CAR INSURENCE WITH WISE DRIVE!!!!!!!”

“Money grabbing. High prices even with the black box installed and when it came to cancellation because I had found a much better deal elsewhere, I had to pay a cancellation fee which was fine, but the way they threatened it over the phone was hilarious. The cancellation fee was half the price of my actual insurance, so it wasn't much of a threat at all.”
