Great company with competitive prices and great rewards for those of us who know how to and drive sensibly. Rewards need to be reimbursed in a lump not off the direct debits though just abit of feedback

Very good company , professional and helpful. Very competitive on the pricing . I was always given better quote by them than comparison site. And stayed with this company for 3 years due to this fact. Which is very unusual for car insurance firms where you are changing every year. Very happy over all. Thank you.

Poor service overall . Explained I was in financial hardship , but kept charging me fee’s each month. I am currently speaking with the ombudsman about this.

Poor customer service. No communication between departments . Almost had my car taken away by the police because two months in my contract the system was not informed . After 4 years non claim customer they were charging an arm and a leg. Never again , Stay far far away ....for your peace of mind.

My policy ended, without me renewing as I'd found a much cheaper insurance without using telematics, for about 6 months my driving score remained at the same percentage, I could not access previous months of black box recordings, then to add insult to injury was asked to pay another 9.99 classed as a cancellation fee, I informed the rep that I had paid my policy in full at the beginning of the policy and that I had cover from the date the policy ended elsewhere, proof was required, sent it, then told not good enough, constant calls from debt centre to recover this 9.99?? Paid it as I was sick of the calls then emailed to say I was requesting refund, surprise surprise no reply

Has cancelled my insurance because my v5 address was my old address and I was away for work for a couple of weeks and they said they will not Waite for me to go back home and change this. I have to declare I have had insurance cancelled for the rest of my life and my premium has tripled.

Terrible customer service. Wise Cancelled my policy following the fitting of my black box (in my new vehicle) they cancelled it because the thought I missed the fitting. Instead of calling me or writing or trying any form of contact they cancelled my policy with no warning. When I got through to them and explain I did have the box done they apologised and re-set up my direct debit. A few months later my policy was due for renewal but the money did not leave the account. I called them when I noticed the money hadn't left my bank and their argument to cancelling my policy AGAIN was that I'd failed to pay my last payment.. ny argument was that they had set a DD debit up so the money should have left. Anyway I couldn't argue with then as they would not have it. I needed up with having my insurance cancelled on the final payment so lost my no claims ans was billed almost £200! Not one person that I spoke to wanted to help. I was in tears. Awful service. Avoid!!!!!

Although I have a black box and have made many improvements on my driving my score never goes up. I acknowledged why my score originally went down and made sure I corrected this. The score remains the same. Why?

Really bad service, 2 of the customers care staff that I had to deal with were very rude. From 120£ a month I ended up in the last five months with 500£ a month. They are trying to get more money than they deserve

GDPR??? Not been a customer of these for a very long while (4 years) and suddenly get an unsolicited email asking for a review. Not sure why I am on their database and would certainly have been asked to be removed, or opted out of emails.. Not sure I would trust them with my data or details.
