Wise driving is a good insurance company after 2 months I received a return premium due to my good driving

Where do I start, the charges for the black box of £120 is ridiculous. Their system for how they score you on the telematics box is flawed massively, it’s so inaccurate. They first Inputted my Registration wrong so for the first 3 months I was driving uninsured and got stopped by police. THATS HOW I FOUND OUT. Then they tried to pass it off as my fault. The £35 charge for using admin over your account on certain issues is ridiculous considering my app logged me out every time and no matter how many reset passwords I’d do it was just the same issue, we shouldn’t be charged for YOUR APPS FAULT. The only reason it isn’t a 1 is because the customer service staff put up with every complaint and did their best every time. This company will never be recommended by me to anyone.

Very high priced - box fitted no choice - £50 charge for what consider bad driving apparently you get back if your driving improves -yeah right!! If you do need to add additional mileage you will have your pants pulled down, absolutely shocking what they charge... oh and then there is admin charge £35 to send an email .. robbing fuckers DO NOT USE

I’ve been with wise driving since the end of December and I must say so far so good! I paid upfront for the year because it was a great price and because my driving is monitored they were able to see how well I’ve been driving and I even received money back because of this. I think I’ll be staying with Wise driving at the end of this year.

Was very poor service while I was in wise Driving insurance. One kind of blackmail. While I need extra mile then I realise wise driving real policy. They just blaclmail to customer and griddee for money. I am not recommend wise driving. They are money maker not good of provider service.

Did not provide the service initially quoted as a 12v port box and didn’t provide monthly performance emails as advertised also tried to charge upon renewal even after I stated and made them aware I wasn’t interested in renewing with them. as well as numerous other issues over the course of my one years insurance.

Doesnt take in to account where you live. Ok if you live in a town but if you have to drive around country lanes it's no good
