I can never get through on phone insurance went up every year with no accidents. Glad I’m not with them now.

The worst insurance company I’ve ever been with. unhelpful, hard to communicate with, unsympathetic and the app is a complete joke. Can’t wait for my policy to finish so I can leave.

How have you got my email address? I have never had insurance with you and would like to know as this may be a breach in the recent amended GDPR legislation. Please respond by return email at your earliest convenience as I would like to raise this with a representative of your company

To the unfortunate employee of widedriving who has to read this. Your company is operating a bait and switch scam whereby telematics data is falsified in order to increase insurance premiums after the policy has been agreed to. Multiple requests to review data were ignored and I've been unable to find the telematics box having removed almost all interior trim in the vehicle. I have made the effort to publicize my experiences of this to discourage others from approaching this perfidious shitstain of an insurance company. If you have any semblance of self-respect you should get out of there as soon as possible.

getting a review request three years after stop using wisedrive is a surprise ...or not. As the first year was great but then accessing online was impossible and only contact by phone didn't work - did think the company had gone bust!

My payment have been change 3 times, and none contacted me to expalin anything, l.have to call myself to find out. I sign my contract with close brother and my first direct debit was suppose to be £64.87, on the 1st of April when l checked £80 something was taken from my account. I don't know where l am with you people.

Totally incompetent bunch who only want your money and have absolutely no interest in helping you if you have an accident , that’s if you can actually get through to them !
