The worst insurance company i ever used.was forced to take up extra three thousand miles i did not need and then trippled my monthly payments just for asking for a quote for extra mileage and when i made contact to say the quote was not suitable,i was told unfortunately we cannot change it and you must pay 212 pounds a month which is more than three times what i was paying.i was forced to cancel my insurance and join another insurance provider as i could not afford the money quoted which led to loosing my deposit and almost one year no claims bonus.people should steer well clear of this useless insurance company,they deserve no star at all and have the most idiotic and rude customer representatives.very very disappointed

Do not use this company they are scamming people by charging them £100s of pounds each month on top of the direct debit . Disgusting service.

When I first got my insurance with wise driving, I read reviews that other people had left. A lot of them were bad reviews stating that the black box was rubbish and gave people bad scores, even to experienced drivers. I have had wisedriving for 10 months and can’t fault it, I only get a bad score for my breaking as sometimes you just have to hit the brakes! For good driving, I got my monthly payments cut by £20 and I will continue to use wisedriving for as long as possible.

This insurance company is awful from its communication to overall service. Throughout my policy I experienced non stop issues, where customer service provided me with little to no help which resulted in my policy being cancelled 2 months before my policy was due to end. This meant I lost my first year of no claims and it mean paying an extortionate amount for my new insurance due to a fault which was no my own. Stay far away from WiseDriving pay the extra money for a reputable company.

Iv had wise driving 4 long years they have been great as a provider. The one thing I am disappointed about is I had the black box for all that time I was 96% all that time but not once did my premiums go down. Also this year iv had no option but to change my insurers as its increased nearly £300 wow way too expensive xx

Very poor customer service, many hidden costs, increase of price without any important reason. You have to very expensive penalty if you forgot to pay on time or where late 1 day. No room to negotiate with those people. Would never recommend!!!!
