Only had to use WiseDriving because I was a new driver and had to have a black box. Apart from that they only made my first 2 years of driving miserable. 5 stars

You advised me you weren’t renewing my car insurance 6 months ago without reason!!!!! Not sure why you would be asking me for a review when I’ve been with a different insurer for these 6 months!!

Very good service soo far the person who came to fit the black box was on-time and friendly. The appointment was made with no hassle they have been available to answer any queries on Facebook messenger quickly that I've had and have always found them helpful. Have been with them less than 2 months and have already received £70 back as a new driver which is a nice bonus. My only grievance is being marked 0 for time and place due to travelling to a hospital at midnight it was an emergancy and not like I was out cruising. Was out less than an hour too If it wasn't for that would be 5 stars with no complaints

Wise Driving has offered good insurance at a fair price. I don't think I'll be choosing WiseDriving again as the black box curfew of has severely hampered my social freedoms and limited my working hours. It wasn't made obvious to me that your score must increase at each quarterly review in order to receive a refund on your insurance, and therefore only received a refund on my first quarter (at 90/100) despite being just 2 points below (88/100) in my second. I think the telematics service needs more development as sometimes my score for breaking/accelerating would be excellent one day then poor another, without any change to my driving - it seems as if this is almost random day by day and never consistent. WiseDriving has however offered excellent over the phone customer service throughout the duration of my insurance so far, and was the only reasonably priced insurer I could find for a young driver such as myself

Worst insurance company I’ve ever been with! Customer service staff clearly don’t get given the appropriate training to be able to deal with the public, because if they did “wise driving” wouldn’t have almost cost me my drivers license!! Instead of doing a change of vehicle on my policy they put it down as a quote and I got stopped and charged with driving without insurance. Luckily I fought my case and after 4weeks of continuous phone calls one of the managers finally listened into the recorded phone call and admitted liability! But I was told to just accept that it was a “genuine mistake” sorry that excuse doesn’t quite cut it with me! Absolute fools

I passed my test got car insurance and a black box fitted to my car 8 weeks later a got a refund for good driving so I very happy with the company

Why have you sent me this presumptuous spam nonsense? Who are you people? I have NEVER heard of your company or agreed to this telematics device. Why would I want one after 30 years driving experience? I don’t want or need your device & I don’t appreciate you breaching the Data Protection Act to tout for insurance business. I have no intention of ever using your company do please take me off your list of people to scam. This communication of yours seems to be a deliberate attempt to confuse or an attempt to scam me to signing for outrageously priced car insurance. Furthermore, no I don’t agree to the terms & conditions of the Reviews.com disclaimer at the bottom of your feedback page either.

5 years no claims....with wisedriving 120.00 a month?? Fidelity doesn't mean anything for them.. Now am with a different insurance thnx.

Box arrived quickly, I had some issues with talking to people on the phone as they wouldn't hear what I am saying/misunderstand to be honest but once I was sorted it was fine as the last person I spoke to was good. So far so good with the box! Easy to update and track your driving online, reasonable price and loved getting money off my insurance thanks to being a good driver!
