Very poor costumer service and very unhelpful over the phone. T&Cs are not clear enough and very unreasonable service from this insurance company. Would not recommend at all.

Very poor. My insurance has been raised by over £100 monthly due to poor driving score, but I didn’t even get a warning to improve it. Very unprofessional, money taking company.

I am a learner driver and this policy was first ever insurance on my very first car. The first problem I had was I asked for the telematics box to be fitted by them however after 2weeks of arguing I ended up paying extra money out to have the box fitted by a mechanic. Second problem was last month when I received a driving score update my score dropped from 98 down to 66 and I had to pay 168.00 extra premium I told the staff that I have paid my insurance up for the year and they are not allowed to charge extra until my renewal date so I ended up paying it because they threatened to deactive my insurance policy. 3rd problem I rang in to see how my policy would be affected by covid 19 outbreak like mention before I'm a learner driver so need an full liecence driver in car with me to be able to drive the car got told of the adiver that as I have to self isolate due to underlining health issues I will not be charged for any further driving score premiums so I was happy with that until I received an update on my driving scores this email stated that my score dropped again down to 53 but this time in stead of charging me the 168.00 or more they charged me 103.60 which is strange as my score was even lower than the month before so been in arguement for 2weeks and ended up canceling policy spoke to action fraud team about company and fca and found out that they are not regulated by the fca as there call center is outside the EU and had it also confirmed that they can not charge a canceling fee by law no more and what I researched on black box annual premiums they are not allowed to charge monthly if u have paid annually for driving scores so my advise cutyour losses if you are with them and if u are not THEN AVIOD.

We request all customers read and understand the Terms and Conditions before they set up a policy. This information is also included in all of our Welcome Packs that are issued to new customers. Terrible service. You recorded me as having the same accident twice and then told me that because I’d written off 2 cars in the same day, I am now uninsurable. When I called up to get this fixed, you put me through to various different departments until I eventually gave up with being on hold.

I was insured with wise 2 years ago but a women was blame me for hitting her car from no where she contact my insurance wise gave her money with no detail investigation the women knew how easy is to get money from wise she was claiming another one for body damage then they asked her clinical papers according my knowledge until recently she couldn’t provide clinical peppers or medicines for prove.but wise damaged me by taking my 3 years no clam bonus .wise if u regretting what u done to me I still looking my 3 +1 from you =4 years no clam if u can give me that would have been great to me .

I'm surprised I was sent an email to review WiseDriving considering the trouble I had with them. I had a black box fitted to my car which stopped sending readings. Despite this, my monthly premiums continued to creep up. My annual cover was quoted around the £800 mark for the year (pretty good for a first time driver) but by the time I got a few months in, my monthly payments were equating to an overall annual sum of £1,200+. Constant admin charges. Premiums continued to come out after I cancelled. Was told someone would call back to explain, no response...

Terriible, raised my insurance by hundreds of pounds each month because my driver rating drop from "very good" to "good" and never sent me my no claims certificate

Worst insurer I have ever been with. I will happily pay out double the price just to avoid ever using them again. I found their customer service to be a joke. After my fourth or fifth phone call requesting a particular insurance certificate that they had failed to send me (my girlfriend advised me this was illegal) I lost my temper. They then proceeded to laugh at over the phone. Poor customer service and an inability to do what’s required of them. Avoid like you would the bubonic plague.

People who works there are very confused, it looks like there are no communication between them. I have been insured with wise driving for the last 4/5years but last year I had to cancel it as I couldn’t handle the unprofessionalism from the workers. I think the company should take a look on the costumer service quality as it is very poor. Bruno

Avoid avoid AVOID I have a black box and I have always been 85% good driving then 4 months in the app started saying I was speeding and braking hard there is no difference in my driving at all and now they have MORE THAN doubled my monthly amount I have to pay to them DISGUSTING

Avoid. My premiums were increased to nearly 2k after 1 year. Was able to get a fraction of the price with another provider.

I use 5 years long wisedriving. Year to year more expensive. If I change my surance company. I save 50 % off or less.
