Could not go online and change details. So had to call and get charged for the privilege!!!! Very unhappy with operators attitudes and not helpful in any way.

Not accurate reading with where I live and my car being pretty poo I had to accelerate to get up all the hills. And got penalised for it. Also it was so expensive and went up even more then next year. No loyalties for driving good or staying with them. I managed to go with another company for less than half the price

Absolutely shambolic company with poor administration, they lost my documents then threatened to cancel my policy until I showed them the documents had been sent and received. Every interaction was painful...summed up by this review which they requested 2 years after my policy expired.

Your reports are wrong even on a day when I drove only through the neighbourhood as slowly and as softly you provided ridiculous acceleration scores. Your reports are not accurate, well so that as you say that people will get refunds you actively do what you can not to give any refunds. What a world full of wrong doing

They don’t tell you when you get to the near miles you averaged a year you have to pay additional money till when your policy runs out! Don’t insure with this company!

The insurance claims department are amazing cant knock them. This however is not good enough to ignore the fact they would prefer you to crash into someone and claim rather than emergency stop. If you emergency stop your insurance will sky rocket. They were well aware of my journey to work involving a long stint on the motorway followed by a series of roundabouts on an industrial estate in which lorries ignored the giveaway rule and pulled out on you. I cancelled after a 13months due to the bs

Terrible they proper scammed me ! There readings are incorrect my insurance just kept getting higher even though I did nothing wrong and the miles it said I had done were incorrect way more than what was on my car which I showed proof of but they did nothing to help would deffo not recommend

Constantly getting threats from them, then a letter telling me I am no longer insured... so obviously took out car insurance with different company and then keep getting letters saying I owe them money even though I was paying monthly and was up to date. Silly company

Took a massive deposit, then because I the v5 didnt return in my name on time they charged me a cancellation fee and wasted my money. Even though I explained I had spoken to the dvla and a new v5 wasnt being sent they wouldnt listen. £400 deposit alone is criminal but to the cancel someones insurance due to something beyond their control is worse!

Unhelpful and poor service. I had a blake box which i deove perfectly within the parameters of their requirements apart from Braking which I scored 0 % consistently. I discovered this was because I lived in a very hilly city but wise driving didnt care for that. :( cancelled my policy 9months in as the fees and charges. 4 yrs later, still no claims or anything against my driving.

Worst company to be with. The agents are uneducated and dont have any manners or knowledge. They lured me and i forgot the ladies name but she misguided me on everything and made me cancel my insurance. Asked their senior management to listen to the recordings of the call. But never helped me. There is so much that has happened with other things aswell that i will spend my whole afternoon writing it. I know you are a first time and a new driver looking for cheaper insurance as i was. But do not make that mistake like me - WISEDRIVING is preying on people like us. I have learnt my lesson. Do not go with this comoany for the sake of couple of pounds. If you go ahead goodluck!

Very poor car insurance company. I do not recommend at all . After making many and they can cancel policy for any reason.

This is an absolute joke of a car insurance company. Please allow me to elaborate. Had my black box installed. Engineer flooded my engine during that process and it was not starting up. Had to take it to the mechanics which costs. only received a call back from the manager saying 'sorry'. as if your sorry holds any credit. then I was nearing the estimate annual mileage and required to top up. which I done and i assumed that the extra cost would be deducted via direct debit. which they didn't. And 1 year later contacted me saying there is still an outstanding balance. you'll get it whenever you get it. =) You are better of resigning as your incompetent. your company is the dirt at the bottom of my shoe and your lives are a joke.
