This Company should be shut down.....? They tried charging me twice and also still say I owe them money when I cancelled my policy as I payed in full. Taking further action against this Company keeping hounding for money owed.By email and even text messages now. Looking at the rest of your reviews I don’t know how you are still operating?Think one of the company owners must know someone at number 10.

Avoid at all costs !!!! Complete rip off ! There are really good black box companies out there that reward you with bonus miles for your driving . This company just keep getting money out of you . And when you do try and top up the miles the customer service is shocking ! Never again !

Worst Insurance Company ever, the customer service doens't exsist all the time you must go trought messanger or Instagram and personally this looks ridicolous than the instol you a black box for your vheicle which is the most horrible thing you can ever get, it doesn't give you peace of mind at all and all the time the team will write to let you knoww that you are driving bad from their standard and they will intimate you to get out soon from the insurance. Very bad!!

We send updates on your score, as dropping below 30 may result in the cancellation of your policy and this is not what we want. TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO WITH THEM! WISH I COULD RATE ZERO! Took months to cancel my policy as I had my car written off and had gone with another insurance and it took them ages to do it and payments were still coming out of my bank months after I had left. Customer service is shoddy and barely know their ass from their elbow. Then 3 months after leaving I receive an outstanding balance of £250 which they harass and hound you to pay via calls and texts. Really wish i read the reviews! DO NOT GO WITH THEM!! Not the best way to treat customers, especially during a pandemic when money is tight. They do not care about you.

Looking into your specific case, the reason you have still been making payments is that you have had a fault claim on your policy prior to cancelling with us. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I would give zero stars if I could. I took out a policy for £616 for a new car which I was expecting to arrive that day. Unfortunately there was a problem with the car and so 19 days later I cancelled the policy. Wise Driving wanted to charge me £299...for NINETEEN days. Needless to say I have taken this complaint further to the Ombudsman. Looking at other reviews I am not the only one to have fallen for this. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

horrible company - they advised me that my policy was due to renew and advised me to call up to let me know if i would like to renew with them - i contacted them well before the renewal to inform them that i will be looking elsewhere - they blatantly stole money from my account even though i had confirmation to say that the policy would not be renewing. i urge you to stay away from this company at all costs, not worth the headache or time to deal with them. blatant thieves.

Massive warning about WiseDriving: They have harassed me throughout a non fault accident that occurred to me. I was the victim in this situation and they over complicated the matter to a ridiculous degree due to their incompetence and the incompetence of the company they put me in touch with called EasiDrive. I was allowed to leave my policy earlier this year, after my car had been written off, and I cancelled and paid all fees due. Then several months later they’re chasing me for £200+ - the policy has been cancelled for ages! I haven’t been with this insurance provider for nearly a year!!! I was the victim in an accident, and now, during a pandemic, they’re chasing me for more money. My recommendation: avoid this company as much you can. Get a more expensive insurance policy to ensure you never get put with these people. Their customer service team refuse to listen to reason, and have no real empathy for their customers. The incompetence of WiseDriving, EasiDrive and LV i honeslty believes make them unfit to provide insurance for people. Please, seek other insurers. If you are the victim of an accident they will bully you, harass you, and try and take money off you which they have absolutely no mandate for.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AT CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE BEEN RINGING FOR THE PAST 48 HOURS AND NOT ONE SINGLE STAFF MEMBER KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING OR CAN HARDLY BE UNDERSTOOD! THE FINAL ONE THEN LEFT ME ON HOLD THAT LONG IT WAS PUT DOWN AND THEN BEEN TOLD A MANAGER WILL CALL ME BACK BUT STILL HASNT, THEIR TELLING ME MY POLICY WILL EXPIRE IN 5 DAYS IF I HAVENT HAD MY BLACK BOX FITTED YET CANT COOPERATE IN GETTING SOMEONE OUT TO DO THIS, ONE PERSON TELLING ME ITS OK TO TAKE THE BLACK BOX OFF MY PREVIOUS CAR AND PUT IT ON MY NEW CAR AND ANOTHER PERSON SAYING I CANT DO THIS , ONE PERSON TOOK 147 POUNDS FROM ME AND THE NEXT SAYING THEY NEED TO CANCEL MY POLICY AND START AGAIN AFTER TAKING THIS MONEY OFF ME I NOW NEED TO PAY TO SET UP A NEW POLICY, LIED ROBBED ME AND STILL NOWHERE WITH MY POLICY ITS JUST A JOKE!!

Very poor call handling. Disappointed to be given a Uk Peterborough phone number only to be put through to Cape Town . Error in completion of documents. Forwarded to close bros finance with incorrect details transferred.

Lying about my details. You never moved them over from compare the market like other companies and you're refusing to refund my deposit within the cooling off period

We only receive the information that you put into the comparison websites such as compare the market, and whatever you put in there we receive over as well as the price. We are unsure what has happened in your specific situation but would like to reiterate that it is what you have put in. Just sign up for the insurance stating all the info requested. Very next day got an email saying that there is an apdate and my premium is up £54 plus admin fee of £35!!!

Hi George, Looking into your policy we can see that there were three main events that led to the policy increasing in cost over the year. The first one we observed was your Driving Behaviour Score decreasing from 50 to 40, this led to the Premium increasing due to the increased risk of driving this way. You then changed over your vehicle which led to another increase in premium due to the increase in risk by taking on a car with a higher BHP. Thirdly your score decreased again from 40 to 30 which means that you are on the lowest possible score before the potential cancellation of your policy. If we had seen sensible and safe driving from yourself on this policy, we are 100% sure that your experience with us would have been positive. We hope after this year, if you choose not to renew that you ensure you take the time to find an insurance company more suited for your needs as it seems a telematics policy is not. Hi George, We can see your premium increased due to three factors this year. 2 of the factors were due to your driving behaviour score dropping from 50 to 40 and then to 30. This means that the risk of your policy increases due to you showing signs of more dangerous driving. You also changed your vehicle to a quicker and higher BHP vehicle which will increase the overall risk of the policy. In the future it may be worthwhile looking for a policy that isn't telematics as it isnt for everyone. Regards, Dylan

Do not recommend , fail to contact you in regards to any changes on your policy and takes payments out on random dates sometimes being twice a month , increases the amount they charge with no warning

Hi, Looking into your situation, we can see that following you obtaining a high driving behaviour score with us and recieving a refund that you let this slip by over 20 points. Before increasing your monthly payments we sent you regular emails informing you that your score is dropping and this needs to increase if you want to keep paying the reduced monthly direct debits that you are. How well you drive is how much you pay. We issued this warning email to you on the 3rd of March 2020, and then increased the premiums on the 23rd of March, also issuing you an email that day. Regarding your Direct Debits, you only have one of these per month, and I can see that this is the case with yours specifically but the reason why you will end up paying two in one month on an occasion is due to yourself missing payments with us and having to collect them later. If you do need to rearrange payment dates so that they are easier to be paid, this can be done with our customer service team. Kind regards, Dylan
