They were very quick with the installation of my black box and followed my instructions to ensure it was perfectly fine, they have a great online system which rates your driving, however some of it could be refined such as the acceleration & braking parts (as drivers can't perfectly predict what others on the road could do and therefore lower the score), in any case good company would recommend.
