“I have taken out a policy with Performance Direct through Confused.com My policy is due to start on the 21/10 but although I have received an acceptance email, I have still no view of my paperwork relating to the policy. Their website says that my documents are being processed. I have never had it before that with only 3 days to go before the comencement of the policy the Insurer is still processing paperwork. This has been the case since the 25/9. I hope that should I ever need to claim they are faster than this.”

“Excellent service and good prices. However I have two classic cars insured with you and they are rarely used, but I like to keep them insured, and you still charge £40 brokerage charge per car.”

“i have used performance direct for a long time for my motorcycle insurance ,i then have started to insure my car insurance with them the staff are a credit to this broker ,very very helpful and have fulfilled my needs and have reason above my expectations ,David and perry today have been really helpful i would not hesitate to recommend performance direct to anyone and i will continue to use this broker for life ,can not recommend them highly enough one very happy customer JGB”
