“Horrid attitude by the lady who answered the phone and vert doggy ways to concel the fact that you send customer Details - who chose to pay via DD - over to A finance company so that you can get your premium in full upfront and placing those customer on a finance agreement behind their own knowledge; I was personally harassed and rang several times at day and receiving an email a day by the company that you sent my details to provide my bank details as well as my card details in order to finalise the financial agreement which you entered without my consent and/or my knowledge as you simply done it.
Scam, crooks, god knows what else and who else you have handed my personal details to and what for!!! Absolutely scam of hearth and disgraceful business conduct.”
“I don’t know. Great service to sign up, but what will they be like when it comes to renewing. Was the great price just a lure as seem to be so common amongst insurance companies?

“Received 4 missed calls over two days when I clearly stated I wasn't able to take calls during office hours, when I rung back I was told "no idea why you have been called"
No reply to two emails I sent on the 16th June, a month later still nothing.
Errors on my policy, one sorted and no apology for the error. The other errors I was told "not important" so today they are still wrong.
All in all pretty poor, low premium yes but poor communication and lack of apologies for errors... some of which never sorted.”
“The Great price advertised on comparison sites was never actually available. Still best price but admin is hard work. Different email addresses for different documents and finding those documents wasn’t easy.”
“After a false start (they increased my premium from last year) I rang them up and they reduced it to what I paid last year. The car I have insured with them is a second car that I have now SORN’d so although I have insured it I will not be using it, so it’s a win win for them.”
