“When I phoned up about an accident I was passed around departments and then transferred to the WRONG insurance company. Then spent another hour going around the same loops to go to the correct one. I also said I was thinking of changing van and then got a e-mail saying I wasn't renewing as I had sold it. It then took another hour to sort this out. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.”
“I like company's that care whether they are giving good service. But there is so much fishing for compliments going on the internet today, that everything you buy needs "feedback". In fact I would go so far as to say that anyone offering who offers a bad service WILL find out soon enough as they will receive an Irate phone call - don't they realise that? That is how the World used to be - those doing a good job, like yourselves just quietly get on with it. “Last year they were helpful and insured me for the year . This year no very pleased I've tried to phone them no answer , tried online chat no answer . They never told me how much my yearly insurance would be and when it was taken from bank I didn't have enough to cover it , nearly £400 . Next year I'll find someone else .”
