“They can always support you with a lower price for renewal, they explain everything in detail so you know your possessions and home is covered for all types of failures. Very friendly and don’t mind going back over things. Been with this company for a few years now!”

“I did most of the quote online but needed extra clarification about a couple of points. I had livechats with 2 of your team who were both very helpful and even gave me a phone number for further support if I needed it. I rang that too subsequently, for an exchange about specific details of my property and again, really helpful, knowledgeable, caring. Very impressed. Thank you.”

“I did a fair amount of research in to house and buildings policies, and found that Homeprotect could give us all we wanted at a significantly lower price than our previous providers - who were themselves very good. When I needed to clarify points in the policy over the phone the service I received was clear and helpful, which has given me confidence should I need to make a claim in the future. “Just switched our buildings and contents insurance to Homeprotect. The process was really helpful - I had gone via "comparethemarket.com" so my answers were transferred, and they picked up that Homeprotect covered some items under contents and didn't need to be specified and made it easy to fix. Overall the process was transparent and easy to follow, unlike some other websites. Hopefully I will never have to use their claims service!”
