“It was the most reasonable priced quotes for what we were looking for and easy to arrange. When I phoned to accept the quotation my call was answered very swiftly, everything was explained to me professionally and the process of making payment was quick and easy. “I completed the online application form which I found very simple to use. At the end, I was prompted to speak with an adviser, as more information about the cover was required. My initial thought was 'oh, here we go, an hour on the phone now!' The phone rang twice and was answered by a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady, who showed me where I had gone wrong on the application. She guided me through the rest and answered any questions I had that I wasn't sure about. All done and dusted in about fifteen minutes! Many thanks to the Homeprotect Team for a job well done!”

“Following a recent death in the family, the existing contents insurer immediately cancelled the policy. Home Protect were extremely helpful in explaining insurance options available in order to provide cover until the property was sold. Very helpful and professional.”

“5/5 Stars – Great Experience with HomeProtect Insurance! I just purchased home insurance with HomeProtect, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The employee who helped me, Aaron, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. There was also another person who assisted briefly, and they were just as helpful and professional. It felt like I was speaking to people who genuinely cared about getting me the right coverage rather than just pushing a sale.
