Renewed with Homeprotect for a second year. Price jumped by around 20 percent but they were still competitive against a quick check on a price comparison website. With everything else going on this year and with my last insurer going bust, I couldn't be bothered to spend a lot of time seeking the very best price so they keep my business for now. Not had to make any changes or claims, so can't make any judgement there.

I choose yourselves last year as my previous broker kept hiking up the price every year. My experience with yourselves to date has been fine and easy to do. A bit disappointed that my premium has gone up £60 this year as finances are tight having been on furlough pay for 3 months. May have to review my options again next year if it goes up again.

Service was good. Some times filling in boxes is difficult as you need to answer outside of their parameters. However the cover offers all aspects of my requirements, so overall I’m happy!

I've had insurance cover for several years with Home Protect. Thankfully, never needed to make a claim. My renewal this year required me to contact customer services because my payment card details had expired. I got through to an adviser quite quickly considering current circumstances, i.e. Cov-19 and updated the details. The cost was around the same as previous year. I can't give a higher rating as I've not had any other issues on which to judge them.
