“Happy to have changed my insurer to Homeprotect as the quote was much lower than that for my previous insurer. Also happy to know that policies are underwritten by AXA Insurance - a well known and reputable firm.”

“Very sensible prices THIS year; we'll see how much they go up next year. There was an error in the details of my new policy but it was quickly changed and I got an immediate refund. I was also allowed to extend my time away from home up to 45 days as long as someone visited. All good so far. Four stars 'cos no one's perfect!”

“I recently arranged home insurance through HomeProtect for my father's property while it was unoccupied, and I was really pleased with the service. Finding reasonably priced cover for an empty home can be tricky, but HomeProtect offered a clear and competitive policy that suited our needs. The process was straightforward, and their team were helpful in answering questions and guiding me through the options available. It gave us peace of mind knowing the property was properly protected during this period. Overall, a reliable and professional service I’d happily recommend.”

“I obtained a quote quickly and efficiently and after speaking with an operative took out my policy- I asked if I could have a paper copy and after checking with his supervisor it was duly sent to me, received a couple of days later- great!”

“Generally always a smooth renewals process. One of the few companies to still have a UK based call centre team - always easy to get through to them and very easy to talk with. Only negative is my yearly premium increasing due to me ‘changing’ jobs - my job going from ‘unemployed’ to ‘full time employed’. Despite now having a good, regular income, this ‘change’ is considered a negative and an indication of ‘instability’ according to the automated system!”
