“I have not had to make a claim but to insure my house and contents was easy and quick. Homeprotect were one of the best price's but still the same coverage I was used to.”

“Unfortunately Homeprotect got the start date and the end date wrong. You put it right and gave £20 as a gesture of goodwill. Some feedback there should be an option to opt out of auto renew.”

“Everything went smoothly to renew the insurance with Homeprotect. I’ve only given them 4 stars and will update if need be. The truth of how good any insurance is only becomes evident if you are unfortunate enough to need to make a claim. Hopefully I will never need to claim and can update the review on renewal.”
